@@Jum6071 actually no... your scalp needs moisture too. As long as you rinse well it should help prevent dryness, irritation, flakiness etc. In particular it’s really good for colored or heavily damaged hair. 😁

I feel like this is all relatively normal. I don’t know why anyone would think you need to buy all those products for beauty and cleansing. Invest in a shampoo that works for you, keep a sharp razor and a men’s shaving cream because they are way better then women’s, and hunny you are set.

I have a natural wave in my hair and very sensative skin, so if I'm not doing anything I shower and wash my hair every other day (other wise I get well greasy!)
