This is the first time an animatic has basically taken my face and forced me to see what about Alexander made so many people not only attracted to him and stick with him. The way you draw him is magnetic, I found myself hanging off of his every word just from the look in his eyes alone, and I haven't listened to My Shot like that in so long I forgot what it feels like. You can practically feel the moment at the end of the first of the Great Long and Serious Rants when Laurens, Laffeyette, and Mulligan realize Alexander isn't just going be another face in the crowd of revolutionaries and I just, I'll never understand what it takes to make a picture speak to someone but whatever it is, you have it in spades.
