I've realised that graduation is only happening on Sundays so people need to age up after the last exam on Friday or latest on Saturday if you don't want to wait a week

and also my sims was glitching when she aging into a young adult she didn’t even age up so i had to age up her up myself in cas idk if that mess things up and now she has 2 days left of young adult which makes no sense cause i age up her by myself to a young adult

@@Bunniieee I can only recommend that you age up a day or two before Sunday and don't leave the lot until after the event. It is absolutely broken, but that's something EA need to fix. If it glitches there is no going back, it won't come again. So save before you age up. Don't cheat to age up, it will increase the risk of it messing up. Don't age up if you're gonna leave the game before graduation, I've had it dissappear just from closing the game -_- Be aware that you don't get a pop up about the event starting you will have to look out for the thing in the calender giving you the option to attend. And be aware that there is an issue with graduation gowns dissappear so you will have to keep putting them om 🤔I think they have to have attended high school at least once to get a graduation invitation, and if you graduate early (the option it gives you if you have a top student, there won't be a graduation either). I hope it helped a little.

Only thing I can think of is it gives you time for all your friends to age up. For example if you went to high school with 6 friends and they’re still teens. But that’s just me

🤔🤔🤔 Here (I’m Canadian), we receive our diploma and many moons, months later, we have pur graduation ceremonies. We are already fully in our new lives when we have our graduation ceremonies. So for me, it’s normal that it is this way. 🤷🏻‍♀️

In the sims 3 Generations, your sim will graduate from high school a day after your sim age up. You’re the first one I’ve seen to actually make it to graduation

If you have cheats enabled on Mac press and hold shift down and click on the sim. It should allow you to then reset the sim which will unglitch the selected sim. I hope this helps :)

My sim was valedictorian but never got to go to graduation. Prom glitched out so that the decorations disapeared and it wouldn’t end. Not a masive fan of the pack so far. Hopfully they will fix some of the bugs soon

thank you for this video. i had no idea how graduation worked in the pack so i was nervous about ageing my teens up. there’s literally no information about any of this anywhere. normally, i would refer to a guide online but as you said, the pack is quite new so i couldn’t find anything. also, i want my teens to graduate early and go to university as teens since they are qualified for an early graduation, but does that mean that they won’t get a ceremony? i’m a bit unsure about making them graduate early because of this. i mean, it makes sense; the other students won’t be graduating early too, so a ceremony with everyone in their class can’t be possible. i don’t know what to do, tbh. these are the first teens that i have sent to high school after the pack came out, so i want them to experience everything properly. i’ll try searching for more information in the meantime.

Hi, how did you get the early graduation option enabled? My sim has the highest grade in their grades, but that option is not enabled yet

@@baran.andres hey, i’m not exactly sure since the option was available for me since before they even visited campus for the first time. i kept getting calls about it. i would assume that once your teen is an a-grade student with maxed-out performance (it should say excellent with a yellow tick at the end of the performance bar), it should become available to them. if you do have all these things and still haven’t received the calls yet, i would recommend that you check the high school interactions on the principal or a computer. i’m pretty sure that’s it.

@@baran.andres Your sim has to have high skill levels and have an A grade in high school. For example, when my sim graduated early she had a average of level 5 for skills like cooking, video gaming etc. Just make sure you take care of the skills or else your sim can’t graduate early!

My oldest kid girl aged up into young adult but no graduation showed up on calendar until the youngest sim boy (just 3 or so days younger) aged up into young adult. It’s like the oldest sim was waiting for sibling then they both got graduation same time on calendar. … unfortunately the boy died day after his bday however the graduation stayed for the oldest girl sim.

technically most ppl turn 18, ie become adults, before they graduate HS, but yeah, weird that it took so long in a game like this

Mine never happened. My SIM became an young adult and she just didn't go to the event I didn't get a pop up or anything. All she kept doing is writing in a book.

in my sims i only get prom once and graduation is the same in my sims 4. for some reason it wont show up they just graduated. i have twins they both done with highschool starting theyre new lives and 1 kid who is aging up next week . but does anyone have the same issue with prom. i downloaded a mod so i can event prom myself now but its kinda nnoying i only get prom once. i do get the change to ask people to prom and all again on thursdays but it doesnt show up in the calender.

I’ve had this issue before. I believe it’s due to a mod conflict with Basemental or maybe More CAS Columns. I suggest removing the larger mods from your mods folder, as that has worked for me

Okay so now my question lies in... why is the university graduation a rabbit hole but the graduation for high school years is an actual event? Like I get that with university theres probably a lot of people but not every sim will attend the same graduation like in college people graduate at different times... so im so confused as to why university got a rabbit hole?

Ya personally I really liked the cut scenes from the sims 2 I think that would have been better then just an empty rabbit hole or a glitchy live event.
