He has 146 race starts and 1679 laps this year so do your maths if you want to know how much is it per 2 months. By iRacing rules he has 4.6 incident points (x's) per race

It's great that you're showing this! It is common for new sim racers to have unrealistic expectations of what online racing is like, after watching near perfect top level streamers. This gives a more realistic perspective on things. I'm going to be a bit critical though - several these crashes happened because you reacted very late to accidents ahead. The reaction to an incident must be immediate. Slow down first, then assess the situation. If you assess it first, your reaction will be too late.

Interesting video. I think you should incorporate crashes in to each video as they happen. Makes for some additional entertainment. On a side note, what I really admire about you Dave is your temperament! You have great emotional intelligence! I would be screaming at some of these crashes in your place and punching the wheel (it's a lowly Fanatec Clubsport V1 wheel, nothing to write home about). You have a calm, cool collective head screwed on tight!

Its SO validating to see another person having the same issues as me with GT4 at Spa. I swear its like the guys who run GT4 have no understanding of self preservation or the idea of gaps that close. In the last 2 days ive had 3 people do the "im here im here im here" to me. As well as sticking there damn nose in at turn 9 in that last right after the chicane following the long straight. Its making me question if i enjoy this or not i swap to LMP3 and it was glorious just something in the water with the GT4 drivers man...

The number of accidents caused by overconfidence of others as opposed to anything intentional often ending the races of multiple participants. For the amount iRacing costs, you really should be able to protest those things. There's often very little difference in outcomes between an intentional punt and a move which has a 99.9% chance of carnage. They should be able to manually mark down a drivers safety rating as a post race penalty if nothing else. Week 13 would be exempt to give the service time to calculate the following seasons licenses following whatever penalties needed to be assessed and applied from week 12.
