JTS aspirants secured more marks in CBT should be united to pressurise on department urgently for publishing 2nd Merritt list. After 31st March this chapter may be closed due to end of session. That is why Department is sitting silently. They are not implementing the High Court Order. Aspirants should be gathered and impose pressure on govt to publish 2nd Merritt list very soon. They are thinking some other recruitment notice already have published and candidates will forget this case.

IF NO tahele ammaa naya bebastaa re definitely kamii achhi boli ame bhabiba ... IF YES then tahelee JT CASE re jetebele ORV ACT . violation heichii sufficient proof milisarichii JUDGE nije kahuchhanti ki ORV ACT violation heichii then OSEPA Against re COURT kn pai kichhi step nouniii .

As a guardian I have filed a case in RTI against project director and secretary of concerned department to provide score secured in CBT of jts recruitment and I have received a letter from secretary to receive marks from OSEPA. I contacted to concerned officer at OSEPA on dt 3rd January and asked him to provide score and to publish 2nd Merritt list as per Court order but he replied me throwingly they have received order to fill 6000 posts from panel but till date no decission have taken in this regard. So now they can not provide any score. I also asked him when they will publish 2nd Merritt list, answer was they have not taken any decisions till now in this regard. So aspirants should be united to impose pressure on department to speed up the process. Otherwise department may sit silently till March end. Then after March this process may be closed automatically.
