Hello! Sorry to hear that you're having problems with your machine. First, have you had it serviced? Periodically, you should have your machine serviced at least once a year for general cleaning and routine maintenance. Depending on how often you use your machine maybe twice a year. In between those services, you should: a) Clean the bobbin casing of any lint, stray fabrics, & dust. b) make sure to change the needle after several hours of sewing or if you hear a 'ticking' sound (the needle could be dull or damage). Also, don't use cheap or $1 bargin thread. Those tend to break easier and shred fibers that causes lint build-up. Hopefully, this will helps. Good luck! :)

No, I've made tote bags and make-up bags (cotton, denim, & canvas fabrics). I did have a little trouble with the bags, once I lengthened the stitch length and used a 100/16 needle and going slowly, I was able to get through all layers of thickness.

Hi!! Is your machine working fine? I have got some problem with the Screen. Sometimes it doesn't work fine... it is ON with nothing written and machine is not workind, just beeping... :( did it never happen to you?

Hi!! Actually, it's not working fine. From time to time the digital screen goes blank. I have to turn off the machine then turn it on again. Plus, it doesn't calibrate as it should when I start it up. I did take it to be serviced and was told that a specific belt is worn. Unfortunately, it would cost too much to replace. The good news is that it doesn't hinder me from using my machine. So, with that being said, I still love my machine but eventually, I'm going to have get a new one :(

Hi! Thanks for your answer :) Fortunately, we only had the issue of the "blank screen". The calibration is still working fine! Have you serviced the machine since you've gotten it? It might needs to be cleaned and the timing may need to be re-set. Try that. Good luck!

@@twodevilsonegod Buenos días amiga aún no he podido solucionar pero acabo de notar que prendo la máquina y se recalienta sola la verdad te digo que aquí en Colombia no hay está máquina yo la tengo Porque la compré en EEUU y una amiga me la mandó incluso la e usado muy poco porque yo trabajo con industrialeslo poco que la use me pareció exelente

Overheats? It shouldn't be doing that. I've had my machine for over three years now and that's never happened. Yes, it sounds like you really need to have it serviced by professional. He or she will tell you what's wrong with it and if you want to have it repaired. Good luck and let me know what you decide to do.
