As a mom of 2 boys along with a husband I cook alot and can tell you your lack of energy for cooking is because you don't eat enough as well as your body doesn't have a schedule when it comes to food. We eat breakfast around 10, lunch around 1 and dinner at 6:30 bed at 8(for the littles). Along with typically a snack between lunch and dinner but no food allowed 2 hours prior to dinner so nothing to eat after 4:30pm. Just MY opinion obviously this is your body you'd diet so no hate just my 2 cents. Also gum isn't a snack imo and chips/salsa isn't dinner for a kid as an adult it can be but not as a kid.

@@lunaaa127 I didn't judge I told her what she could do differently to feel better especially once they try for kids. Everything I said I can almost guarantee 💯 her mom would agree with too. How she eats is how I ate prior to kids so not judging that but it is very unhealthy to not have some sort of food schedule. I also still stand by what I said.
