Salam Haya, i love to see your vlogs, since you had your baby i actually wait for them. I can relate to them as i had a baby girl on 27th july this year. I also live in Manchester. Masha’Allah its sooo lovely to see this positive attitude, rather then getting happy you have actually explained your audience not to judge anyone. You are right pregnancy and delivery has a huge scale and everyone’s body is different. My pregnancy went very smooth but then delivery was a bit traumatic and i had to go through 3rd degree tears and forceps were used and it took a long time to heal then. I couldn’t sit upright to feed my baby and couldn’t breast feed her and felt guilty about it. But Allhamdolillah me and baby are doing good so its okay, everything happens for a reason. Can you show us on camera when you put sauces on sandwiches so we can see the names, they looked yumm. I usually use nandoos sauces. If the baby has alot of wind, i have few suggestions, i think you are already using tommee tippee’s advanced anti colic feeding bottles, as i saw on your table, so this is important. But then give burp to baby in between feeding also don’t give the whole feeder in one go. Even after the burp keep them upright for 10/15 mins. Rub the belly in clockwise strokes, and bring the legs towards the belly and repeat this few times and move them as you bicycle. All this really helps them to relieve wind. The best whing to reduce salt in anything is boil potatoes and leave them in , potatoes have tendency to suck all the salt from the dish. 22:54 You both as a couple are doing great job 👍. Agreed. I had my c section in sep 2023 with my first baby. And believe me i was even unable to do anything during my pregnancy or bat miscarriage tk ponch chuki thi but ALLAH ny Karam kia. Whole pregnancy mery feet itny swell ho jaty thy itna pain hota tha k mj sy chla bhi nhi jta tha. Which leads to c section. And my saas was like agr pregnancy m chlti phirti toh c section nahi hota. True that a baby is of two people but in our culture it is only of mother... Living in in laws with lots of guests n the demands of in laws, husband not supporting ciz he is not getting leaves from his job as in other countries after baby birth, it's very hard for a mother to manage... Secondly in Pakistan the cleanliness n the swarm of guests after baby birth is not easy bhai... Our men only point out women weaknesses n faults coz un ki hobby hai to put whole responsibility on the mother of a baby... In West husband sees this with his own eyes how painful it is but here they don't know the whole painful process... Uneducated people

women need to rest after giving birth, and take care of them self because later on issues can happen, so you need to take it easy and heal as well, its a big thing the body goes through, idk about 40 days but u do need time i guess that depends on yourself, if you have any help or not. its a struggle and not easy at all, so what ever one chooses its ok
