@@fitxfour1072 Sure! Just a few that helped me in my challenging stages.. 1. Braid outs are a great way to maintain stretched locks. 2. Take before and after pics for each re-tie and compare monthly to see and appreciate the growth! ..and most importantly; 3. Never compare your journey with others.. your journey is just that "YOURS".. so embrace it, and celebrate it! Blessings!.. and thanks for the support! 💛
