The privilege exuded in this video is truly astounding. Complaining about your ski trip getting cancelled is a perfectly acceptable thing to do, but it is something to do in private, not to an audience of almost half a million people. The trip was cancelled for a reason. We are experiencing a pandemic that is killing thousands of people. The lack of compassion for those in a less fortunate situation than yourself is troubling.

Yeah I’m surprised she uploaded this. I’d be upset if my trip was cancelled too as it does suck but it’s also important to be self aware and put it in the context of everything else going on at the moment. Be upset, complain to family and friends, even vlog that clip but then don’t keep it in. She knows people are gonna watch this, she knows likely people in the vulnerable category (including myself) are going to watch it and she should be aware of how her content can be received by others :/

She can do what she wants obviously but she needs to be aware that her actions impact other people. She is young and healthy and so would likely be more than fine if she caught COVID-19. She could spread it to vulnerable people though if she were to ‘keep living her life’ with no changes and that could kill them.
