It's a long process to remove a tan but it's possible. First of all you have to prevent those body parts from tanning again so always wear hand sleeves and sunscreen before going out. And to remove it you just have to wash that body part 2 times a day. If it's neck then do it with cleanser or face wash and if it's hands then body wash or soap.
