I mean if u want that then don't workout too hard.. that's literally it. Push urself in ur workout routine (keep lifting heavier n stuff) UNTIL u find the right size and stop progressing from there in terms of the weight u lift and focus more on muscle maintenance thru strength training and cardio, also try to keep ur diet strictly to only food, so none of those protein shakes and stuff, that's what I've been doing to keep the leaner look rather than beefy, lots more options in terms of clothing cuz of being smaller but also never afraid of beaches
