I do think it’s better to use it on a consistent basis, but I think as long as you can commit to a few times a week it’s better than not doing it at all. You should definitely notice a difference.

There is no special storage. The kit is for a specific number of treatments but with regular use it should show pretty permanent results and overall improve your skin quality. Hope that helps.
