Yes you can but must check the ingredients list brightening cream should not have any active ingredients, vitamin c and retinol or tretinoin itself. You should pair tretinoin wisely

I have used 5 times in 10 days 0.05 % i use moisturizer too But at which night when I use it and next morning my face looks darker and red😢

You have sensitive skin, try this again but in the start use with 2 or 3 days gap . Sensitive skin takes time to tolerate it .

And always use it on dry skin, no water should be on your face, moisturize first then apply tretinoin and then moisturize and also wear sun sunscreen in day time.
