I love your videos! I feel like I have a lot in common with you & the path you’ve taken, I also went from ssris to microdosing and have also moved around a lot. im about to move from a big city to a small city in a few months and totally excited about focusing on myself and hobbies. wondering if you made new friends in a small city and what your experince has been with that!

i wish i had touched on this more 😞 i actually knew a few people that lived here when i moved! but i also made new friends through Bumble BFF, going to group events in my area (there is a Bumble BFF IG group), and also going to workout classes/group meditations! excited for your new journey with your move, wishing you the best 🤍
