I came back from solo Lisbon adventure at the end of January. Not as crowded, and less expensive, I had a very similar travel itinerary as yours. I stayed in Chiado, which was super convenient for getting around. I hit Sintra and Cascais on day trips and with a couple extra days, really explored all of Lisbon, mostly by foot, but their metro is really easy to use. I also ventured out to Evora for a day trip and recommend if you have time. Between the Pastel de Nata's and bifana's, I was very happy. One of the underrated free things to take in Lisbon, the amount of great street music, especially outside of the Statue of Antonio Ribeiro. I look forward to going back to Portugal to explore Porto, but first, Tuscany.
