This is so cool to see, thanks for sharing! I love how he is doing all that work so fast just using his ears and knobs. So unlike all the mixing in the box I've done exclusively using a computer screen and mouse. Although it does make me a little sad remembering my dream job as a kid was to work in a recording studio and now I work on computer systems!

What a great tune......but what makes it is the vocal performance....especially when you go up an octave. There simply aren't enough bands or artists who can write and sing like this anymore. I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Hey James, does it make you miss your console and having a more hands on approach? I've got an old broadcast board and I agree that noise and all the cables running everywhere are not ideal BUT there's some magic there. I have a small setup of 20 channels and some 500 and rack gear so it's manageable but I think the key to analog just like ITB, is to keep it simple and not have too many options or else you will just flip switches for eternity...

Not really. Console was a lot of moving parts and took away from creativity. For me anyway.

Oh this is fantastic. Uncle Dave is doing a great. That kick sounds really really nice. ca I ask are the drum real or plugin based? they sound well recorded what ever they are. I personally use SD 3. I'm probably going to watch this a few times.
