You can put a cookie sheet under the pan so to keep pan from dirtying your oven.i found your channel and subscribed and have been binge watching your homestead journey. Love how far you have gotten so far with your mobile home and looking forward to see where your next video takes us.❤❤❤

We prefer thighs most of the time because they are yummier. I agree with your reason for more cheese on top. Cheese is almost always good lol. I think Jeff and Noah would love this. I am not a huge enchilada fan but I would try it. Thank you for sharing.

I think the green sauce is the only reason why I like this recipe haha. Im nearly out of cheese and am still snowed in. Im just crossing my fingers that this snow and ice melts before I run out of cheese haha
