There’s usually an aspect of the spiritual in the religious, and it’s totally possible (and probably more common) to be both! Spiritual just basically means you’re focusing on the Spirit™️, and religious just means you have a wider system to interact with your spirituality! :)

Yes! I just learned about my luteal and follicular phase and i feel empowered to manage my life accordingly. For ex. I got a dental cleaning 8 days after the first day of my period and it was not painful at all.

It cracks me up that I've had a period every month since I was like 7th grade, and yet somehow, EVERY month, it never crosses my mind that it could be the reason why I'm feeling extra over emotional or why I'm breaking out horribly or bloating, etc. Only until someone mentions my period then it finally dawns on me lmfao.

Both Sage (OF ANY KIND) and Palo Santo is for indigenous people only … please do not use what’s not for you. Sage is endangered and sacred to us indigenous people. I hate seeing white people culturally appropriate it /: please educate yourself and do not use these in your practice unless you are indigenous or respectively gifted Sage/palo santo by an indigenous person. Most importantly, truly look into the tools you’re using for your practice - this is wrong.
