Great Ethics you practice CoeShow619 and appreciate all your Videos along with your Honest advice. Pleased you Fly the HH Helicopters as I got into RC Heli's thru their Product. 2yrs flying Heli's now, and only just now able to Inverted Hover without Crashing. sorry about your flying field problems. we are currently Blessed in NZ, with all the Public Park options available for flying ( within strict CAA rules and respect for other users of course). Pray that some resolution can come your way! kind regards, DT

Good update bro. Family, mental health and faith are most important! I think about not having a local club to fly at. Then I remember these are helis. Throw down a piece of wood in any empty field and have a whirl! You might have read this before. “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Thanks for giving back to the hobby!

Nice to hear from you again, Coeshow. Good to know you and your family have been hanging out. Hope things are fine in that front. If not, hope they get better. Good to know you are doing well. As far as flying fields go, I am extremely lucky, with what I consider a world-class facility just a 15 minute drive from my house. We do, however, get hit with 100% import fees (I kid you not) on everything RC. I guess what I'm saying is that no place is gonna be perfect, right! Well, take care and I hope your rc field troubles get resolved soon in a most agreeable way. Best regards from Brasilia, Brazil.

Justin, I subscribed to your channel and have been following you for a while now. I definitely feel your pain on the club and the lack of involvement from the city. I was the president of our local club for 10 years and I was surprised with the politics and what it takes to get things done. That is surprising as my aunt and uncle live fairly close to there on mt helix. I love going to that city and was always hoping to go to that field to see you as I think you are one heck of a pilot.🙂 I sure wish there was something I could do. I know this summer it would be great if you could come to our heli fun fly in Colorado. Hang in there man😁

Come by on a Sunday and we’ll do some flying. It’s been alittle bit of a ghost town lately. I just hope these city people wake up soon.

Love your 230, 150, BL2 vids etc. The simple yard flying ones that show how solid and smooth and capable the models are even in tight spaces. There are just way too many pro hard 3D and smack videos posted that don't let mere mortals see the real world performance of the models if that makes sense? I bought some BL2's because of your videos!

The city needs to finish the grading they started. They left it half finished and loaded the tractors and left. They did not have enough certified asphalt grinds available supposedly so they packed up and left. It’s worse now than it was when we started in my opinion. It would seriously take one day for a real loader operator to do this work. I’ve been on so many jobs sites, watching it happen effortlessly. But for some reason, the city of San Diego , a whole 40 million people doesn’t have one qualified tractor operator available that doesn’t have to read a manual or doesn’t use common sense with eyes to site what is level and graded and what isn’t. The club is not allowed by the city to perform changes to the land we lease from them. We pay to be there, yet we wait on them. We have the funds to finish the cities packed asphalt grinds with slurry and we will install new sun shades and signage. It’s my favorite place to fly. It’s the prettiest and the best. We just have this damn city official issue. I pay a shit load to live here. It would be nice if it didn’t all go to wasted funds. Now we know why there are guys flying at the parks. We need this field finished and we’ll be fine for another 15 years at least. Makes me so upset. Flying and RC is really all I do. There is 100 of us or more at this club that feel the same way. I just couldn’t bury my head any longer.

Hmm, that’s a tough situation. I was hoping there was a chance your club wasn’t being held hostage by the city.

Heh Justin. Always good to see you post something. Sorry for the struggles you are dealing with. You got it right at the start of the video, family is everything and has to come first. I miss seeing you at SEFSD but to be honest there are really only a few of us who still come out to fly quads there.

I have similar issues we have no local club where I’m located. Have a hobby town But mostly car guys due to indoor off-road track. Not much plank or heli. I just got back into Helis after a 12 yr break and I’m flying in my back lot which is small with lots of obstacles. So I get it.

I can respect this offering of a video Mr. Coeshow. The younger generation today that we are all trying to inspire in the hobby just want video after video and to a point I understand it because of the other youtubers just cranking them out makes it hard for guys like you and I to keep up with or compete with. It's terrible whats going on in your club and I can relate. I won't name the clubs bit my group of friends and I were a part of what we thought at the time was a good club, but it turned out not to be to EDF friendly. Really quick all the members voted on the Geotech land strip and even though the vote passed, it got vetoed against by the in crowd. I could only speculate that they didn't want a newer generation of EDF flyers coming in so my boys and I did not fully commit to either completing the membership process and those who were already members either asked for a refund or did not commit for another year. What a shame in any case. It's cool to see another late 40 something year old doing this and I totally agree on the balance for the hobby and family life, it has to be respected. Well I hope your situation gets better and I always look forward to your videos now that I'm getting my feet wet with helps again, best wishes buddy.

Thanks for the input. This hobby keeps my head out of water. I just don’t want to lose the beauty of what we once had at my home field. It’s the best flying site in San Diego. We can’t use heavy equipment on city owned land. It’s a landfill, and their job is to upkeep the land. All I see is people eating donuts driving around in white trucks looking at the sky. We are just waiting on a knowledgeable road worker to basically build 300x 70 feet of road so the club funds can slurry it. We’re just waiting on people who punch a time ticket every day. They have no heart to get it done in a fast respectful manner. Me and the old guys just sit and wait. I’m getting real feisty to get it done and out of the way. It’s 4 days of work to a real contractor. City workers are posers.

It’s been hard to do that. I finish 3rd or better with no camera on my head and 5th or 6th with camera on my head. So I need a sidekick to video some of my races. It’s been a kick at SDRC raceway in SanDiego. Check out liverc for some results.
