I’m a massage therapist and every time I give a massage I naturally go into a flow (borderline meditative)state. I often get psychic hits during this time. For example, one day I had a vision of my friend getting a tattoo. They don’t have any tattoos so I didn’t think too much of it. Later that day they told me they were getting a tattoo. While in session today, I was thinking about I could enhance my abilities and further them into working with people who have passed. Just simply thinking about it and my phone wasn’t even on me, it was in another part of the building. And then the first video that shows up when I open KZbin is this one 😮

I just got out of bed, did my morning thing, & turned on my KZbin, part of my morning ritual I confess, and you popped up on my feed. I subscribed. Thank you for explaining the "clairs." I'm gifted and have been since a child, as you mentioned, we all are. I've always been ecclectic, but after my big Awakening in 2017 I'm trying figure out how to share my gifts to be of service to others. Yes, synchronities, astrological sun Sun in Capricorn, Scorpio Monn and Venus with 2 other Scorpio houses. Yep, KZbin rabbit hole. Thank you for sharing your story because I KNOW im being pushed to share. I was in college but dropped out to take care of my dad with cancer ti be a therapist. First I had to go through something major in order to learn how to heal myself in order to help others. ❤ . I have felt overwhelmed too with energy. Learning how to ground it.

I really enjoyed listening to you, Jocelyn. And, of course, you're an 'Advanced or Old Spirit,' as it is said. My story is of a far longer period of self-development - decades. That being, in all probability, due to my "conditioning." I'm now 87 and way back in the late 1960's when I started into my field of Automatic Writing, it was pretty dangerous to tell anyone about it. Psychic's were either suspected charlatans, or mentally deranged. Certainly you'd never tell a medico. One could well end up in an asylum and be fed valium tablets for the rest of ones life. one thing i see psychics do (ones that help police with hard cases), they say a prayer to be protected by God, spirit guides, guardian angels & be surrounded with the white light. that’s a start, but it would be good to have a lesson & make sure you (we) are safe in the spirit world 😊❤🙏

I like to walk in the woods. I saw a man I often meet who I did not at first recognise but recocognised his dog. I asked him what was different about him; was it a haircut? he replied that he had lost his glasses and had been searching for them for three days. I saw a brief image in my head and asked him whether he had books in his bathroom. He replied YES. I said the glasses are behind the books. We walked off on separate paths. I saw him the next day. He was wearing his glasses. He gave me a wide birth and asked if I was a witch. I have not seen him since. I smiled knowingly but cannot reason how I knew. The image was just of a bathroom but I saw no books.

Hi Jocelyn ,wow great story to how you learned to accept and deal with your gift. I actually saw your youtube video a few years ago of you covering "send my love to your new lover" and thought wow I love your style and voice control .when we are young we are taught there is no such thing as ghosts and our invisible friend does not exist >. when I was 8 my mother passed and was brought up by my grandparents, to be very lawfully and respectfully, I was hearing voices at such a young age and holding conversations.and have had through the years many experiences that i have never said "did that really happen" I know it did. like cats and dogs they cant be taught that there is no such thing as spirits yet they can sense and see them. The house i am in at the moment has a elderly lady that sometimes moves things and closes doors and makes noises, she is harmless and doesn't bother me. I feel her when she is close and say hi and put my stuff back where i left it, I live alone and she keeps me amused. i do believe when we pass our Soul/Spirit leaves our body till another body becomes available so we can enjoy another life experience. I cam remember things as clear as day as when i was 3 and certain things happened in my life i can describe accurately to my older sister and she would confirm this.and asked me how i remember that.sorry to go on ,please keep posting ,i will look more into your videos ,for now take care ,Love and Hugs John

I feel things from time to time and am sure the guidance is protecting me. I leave my home when the presence tells me to and feel protected while I’m on the road. I’ve been told my husband who passed in 2003 is with me. The medium who told me this has sadly passed on from cancer. A friend sees those who have passed on and tells me of her experiences and I’m always kind of charged after visiting with her. Want to expand my knowledge but am a little shy about it.

My story is so similar to yours. Giving my back story will take entirely too long. I had a sense of just knowing things...I was speaking to a man one day who was excited about going to a sporting event. He made a friendly bet with a friend...I knew his team was going to lose and as I was sharing that he should bet small, I heard a voice telling me " Don't do that"...I proceeded to share with him about betting small and I felt a shift in energy, like a door being closed. Every thing else I'm able to feel and sense has not changed, but the sense of knowing is not as strong as it was before that moment. I'd never used the knowing to benefit myself but would sometimes share what I knew. What happened?

Thanks for sharing that story! Those intuitions are so powerful, and it sounds to me like you were very psychically tuned into the man's psychic energy, though it could have been precognitive as well. There are lots of things it could have been, but you leaning into your inner knowing and trusting your gut is the most important part. As for using that information to benefit yourself, that is encouraged by Spirit actually, so don't worry about feeling guilt or shame around that! Our psychic senses can absolutely be tuned to attract and align ourselves with what is highest and best for all, and that includes ourselves. If our motives are shaky, as you say, it will feel like a door closing around you and so we can know not to try to bust down that door. But if your feelings are leading you to a place of expansion and love for all, there's nothing wrong or inherently selfish from you also benefitting from that information! You are part of what makes up the ALL of "highest and greatest good for all," so let your beautiful inner guidance include you as well!

THANK YOU ❤❤❤my 31 year old Son Taylor died December 30, 2023 in the ICU I believe he talks through music and knocking pictures off the wall and turning lights on and off because before he took his last 2 breaths in and one out while listening to Cartal Swag I told him to let me know he was there. i’ve had a few experiences with different things in my life but i’ve never really tried to zone in. things just come to me. i’ve had visits from people who passed, i hugged a friend & felt his heart break - which scared the crap out of me! i verified it with him later that day, he teared up & was spooked at the same time. i’ve looked at people & saw darkness around them, knew they would die soon & they did, within a year. i’m not super accurate, wouldn’t declare im psychic, but im interested to see if i can develop more spiritual abilities/connection

@@jocelynmcknz i’ve told some friends but not a psychic medium. my mom visited me & it was the only scary/evil visit(s) i’ve had. 3 nights in a row, she was fighting with me, trying to kill me the 3rd night. i said out loud for her to leave & stop trying to visit me until she made things right with God. she was mean, abusive, unforgiving & did some awful things to people who didn’t deserve it. clearly she didn’t make things right before she died, even though i asked her & had a minister call her in hospice. i haven’t seen her since. every other visit was wonderful ❤️

This video came up for me on its own. I was watching something else . It ended. And wow this!.the vid I needed. This stuff is happening to me. Similar experience to you. More and more. One of my dear very old relatives is a gifted psychic. I’ve noticed, as he deteriorates in health. What I call moderate psychic skill I trust and have ….increases. Can you tell me if it’s going to go far higher and I become a fully competent medium and psychic? i live alone, .well with my cat. ButI feel if this happens in this old house, I need to prepare. I would say you get to choose how much you open… it sounds like your heart is in the right place, so you can take this as far as you want! I had a loved one die quite a few years ago, after this experience I have had dreams that are so real; it really took a lot of these dreams to understand my sister in law was trying to talk to me . she insisted I leave home and I did , she told me to live my own life and so far her guidance has brought me to a new amazing life. at the beginning my dreams with her were very scary but I kept trying to hold on to her and blame my self for her death. years later she asked me to stop feeling guilt. I have always dreamed of my older sister being sad and in pain , that to me tells me I can feel her and see her with out contact. one of my nephews died in a car accident minutes before that I had a very deep sadness and felt something bad was about to happen 20 minutes later he was dead. so do I have bad luck or do I have some sort of Medium energy ?

Wow what powerful experiences, thank you for sharing! To me it sounds like you definitely are tapping into mediumship, but that's up to you to decide if that feels accurate for you. Personally I don't believe in bad luck... though being able to sense hard things coming often feels like it! I'm glad you found grounding and inner peace by following the guidance you were offered. Keep practicing and trust yourself!

I've had a period of weird coincidences last year, and then was getting messages via a pendulum - like, actual sentences with the use of letters that the pendulum would swing to. The messages were really dark and quite bizarre, but apparently from my dead uncle and others spirits. I also could smell tobacco smoke where there was no smoke around. I felt I was going through a spiritual awakening, but my psychiatrist thought I was psychotic. She put me on anti psychotic medication and HRT and I've since lost this 'gift' that I felt I just needed to develop. What are your thoughts? Could it be possible for drugs to interfere with mediumship, or was I just psychotic?

Hi there! Oh wow those sound like really powerful experiences - what you describe as smelling scents other people can't perceive is called the psychic sense called clairsalience, I have it too! Here's a great video describing it in more detail: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5CxgGmwo5dlq6csi=PAP9LgbK5zm_orU8 While I'm not a trained medical professional, I can't say if your experience was psychotic or not, but as a fellow medium who has experienced THE SAME THINGS as you with both the clairsalience and powerful messages from pendulums (among many other inexplicable phenomenon!) I can tell you you are not alone! Those experiences are real, even when the line between sound mental health and psychic awareness can be blurry at times. I can tell you that I was able to find an amazing therapist who BELIEVED ME and helped me come to terms with my abilities, so that we could more easily distinguish together between what were psychic sensory experiences and areas where I needed help with my mental health (which I also do). In my experience any drugs (prescribed or non-prescribtion such as recreational drugs or alcohol) have absolutely dulled my psychic awareness - at previous points in my journey I relied on that because my psychic awareness was too much for me to handle! So I can't say whether or not you need medication of course, but if you're feeling like that medication doesn't align for you or make you feel like yourself, get a second opinion. There is help available from medical professionals who can also support your psychic senstivities and even help you to develop them! They don't have to be mutually exclusive, it might just take some time to find the right balance. Don't give up, I believe you!

It is too loud you’re right! But it music stops at minute 1:02 so if you pick up after that you should hear just fine!

I would have enjoyed watching this but, perhaps because of Asperger’s, it’s too noisy to watch. The subtitle can’t be turned off and neither can the irrelevant music. When people post really interesting videos, especially after being asked for them, why dod creators think they must add something… to make it interesting? Don’t you realise, what you are saying is the interesting bit? Footnote: Jocelyn very kindly commented that the music stops at 1:02. I watched the video and enjoyed it.

But What if you weren’t interested but have the gift of sight and visions? I think everyone have gifts but not everyone is gifted with sight or visions…

OOF YES... I think about this all the time. I agree everyone has the gifts, but I think it's totally okay and normal not to want to develop or even experience them! We don't owe it to anyone else to share our gifts for sure, and also we can ask Spirit to slow down if we're feeling overwhelmed and not ready to receive what we're experiencing. I did that a lot at the begnining, but for me eventually I wanted to lean into it... but that's not mandatory for sure!
