1. If they had agreed to be your PI, then Keep following up. Its summer holidays now in US universities. So may be they are not in office. Keep following up gently and consistently. 2. If they haven't agreed to be the PI, then no response means, no interest. You start looking for someone else. All the best

Thank you for your detailed explanation of how to search for your postdoctoral supervisor/PI. Could you please tell us whether you emailed simultaneously multiple potential supervisors from the same university and department or emailed only one from the same place and others from other departments/universities. Thanks.

In my case, I had very strong reasoning on why I wanted to do it under this specific professor . So I wrote it to her only and she accepted.
