What a relief Craig knew what to do and you were both near windows. Amazing how quick fires take hold and so lucky all 3 survived. So good to see a strong friendship and in bad times you're still all together - you wouldn't trade that for the world. Here's to a speedy recovery :)

Woah, took my breathe away. I mean it seemed so ... un-real at the time. No-one quite knew how bad this was, and of course rumours were spread around work about Paul being injured. I'm just happy everyone is alive. Such an emotional and unreal experience i'm sure. Amazing how no-one died it really is. I wish you all the speedy recovery, and think it's absolutely amazing how tight your friendship is. I hope that is something you guys never lose, all the best. - Rich ~ x

+Colin Marrison Thank you so much. Almost three years on and still having to deal with it daily. I have bad breathing problems due to the extent of the damage caused by severe smoke inhalation. My voice hasn't come back to what it used to be, but it is strong enough to speak so I can be heard. Always battling it, but I'm just thankful to still be alive.

It was horrible finding out through people who were trying to drive home. One of my teachers know you, and we collected stuff for the people in the adjoining flat that had the children. We were given regular updates on how all of you were doing. Get well soon.

A truly remarkable story of friendship fighting for survival against the odds, I trust each of you go on to make a full recovery and the persons no matter the age of the arsonist should be charged with attempted murder, I for one wish you every success in your recoveries each of you. I also trust the police are able to locate and have success in the prosecution of those responsible for your suffering.

LORDMAXSTEAD The case has been shelved now, they got away with it unfortunately. Thank you so much for your kind words, though. Means the world

Thank you ever so much. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, all the people they had have been released without charge, I suppose it's expected with a fire as it obliterates any physical evidence in it's path

Yeah, it was really serious. It's been just over 3 years and 3 months, and every day I'm still constantly suffering with severe breathing problems now because of the smoke inhalation damage. My voice never came back properly, I have permanent vocal dysphonia due to the damage to my larynx. And the burns are all healed now, just have a lot of nerve damage and discomfort.

Ron Selfe, who was one of the firemen, came to our school and he showed us this video. We all now realise how bad fires can be.

Thank you so much for your support, unfortunately all the suspects have been released with no charge as they don't have enough evidence. I guess that's just the way it goes with fires, they obliterate everything, so there's not really any evidence
