I'd love a drone so that id be able to film Sydney for my Grandma. She lives in Hong Kong and she has always wanted to come visit me in Sydney. When she was younger, we couldn't really afford the plane ticket.. and now she is too old to fly. It's her 90th in July, and I really want to "show her around" where i grew up. I will use drone footages to create a "Trip to Sydney" video as part of her 90th bday pressie!!!

Hey Casey! My name is Chris. I've been living in Russia for the past 7 years and recently I've decided to move back to the States, to Florida to be exact. The channel I'm writing this comment from represents a new project that I'm starting as a way to reconnect with my 3 younger brothers when I get back. We are going to be making videos pretty regularly and I've been considering purchasing a drone, just most of the drones I've found have one of two problems: either the camera quality isn't very good or they are out of my price range. I've watched most of your videos and can say that the quality produced by the DJI Phantom 4 is excellent and the fact that you're giving 3 of them away solves the price problem. 2 reasons why you should pick me as the recipient of one of your Phantom 4 drones: 1) The drone will be used to film videos about my family, my reunion with my brothers after 7 years of living in Russia, and adventures and travels that we are planning to have together over the next year, firstly in Florida and then all around the United States. Our video project is going to give us a common goal to work towards, producing better videos, higher quality videos, and more frequent videos. 2) On my way back to Florida from Russia, I'm going to be flying through / stopping through New York, so you don't even have to wrap it, I can just swing by and grab it. Anyways, it would only be right to shake hands with the person who is giving you a free DJI Phantom 4 drone and helping you reunite your family and get them goal-oriented. Honestly, I profoundly understand that this competition is going to be as huge as the Burj Khalifa building and the chance to win here is soooo soooo small. But... Here is why I want the drone... I feel that as technology improves people will find more and more unique and creative ways to use drones. I would LOVE to get my drone flying in my neighborhood and make epic montages for my channel. I also feel as technology improves and becomes more accessible people will be using drones for many creative things. It would be super cool to help start the new age of using drones not only to get cool camera angles, but helping people by delivering supplies, and helping the world become more eco- friendly by not using car but drone to deliver things. SELF-EXPRESSION is the reason why I am doing videography, not to impress people with my work. I am a girl and that is my passion. I don't consider myself a professional; not just yet. Making Movies (Short Story) Making movies has been a hobby for me since I was in grade school. I didn't expect it to be. I just had this passion to express myself through these moving pictures. No one ever taught me. I learned everything I know by myself. As time passed, my movies have been improving every time I make one. Today I'm a college student who has a gaming channel but my speciality is making movies like documentaries and vlogs and I enjoy creating them more (But I keep them in private). The reason why I don't stop is that I still have the first video I made and every time I compare it to a movie I make now, I realize how far I've gotten. I have this really cheesy goal I picked up from my high school. I picked it up not just so I would share the goals of my school but also give the movies I make a "Why". The goal is that I want to teach minds, touch hearts and change lives with my movies someday. I know somewhere out there are others like me and If there is one unique thing I know about myself, it's that I feel in touch in the world when making movies. I love what I do.

We work with and support frontline Indigenous communities across North America fighting against environmental injustices. From Tars Sands extraction to Lead contamination, pipeline fights to coal mines. We help Gulf Coast citizens and Arctic Alaska Villages raise awareness of sea level rise and oil development. We led the fight against Keystone XL. We help Native communities organize marches, protests, and direct actions. A major major part of our work is to document and create visual narratives to help those on the ground fighting against extractive corporations. --- This drone would help immensely in that effort. For example, there was an oil pipeline spill that JUST happened in South Dakota and local citizens wanted to document the site but were not allowed to take photos on foot. For the drone contest: What better to use an object that can have several uses? I think that diversification is the thing. First, I would love to use that drone to associate two forms of art ( I love art and i think that associate different forms of it will create a different art) : I like to create lot of types of music from everywhere and i think that using a drone to film beautiful landscape in concordance with my music is the best way to let my music sound different. Music plus video creates beauty. Secondly, I love to travel. I would like to film with that drones landscapes, cities, monuments (best-known or unknown) all around the world in a new perspective to make people look different. Hi Casey! I don't really need a drone, however, I know it would take my KZbin channel to the next level. Here's why I want it. I want to get back into producing more travel videos to inspire my audience to see the world and for me to tell a story of what it's like to travel the world as a homosexual male. Especially in beautiful countries where being homosexual is against the law. I've had the privilege to save up all the money over years to travel to Europe and North Africa. However, during my travel vlogs, I captured a lot of discrimination and hate. I never got to showcase much of the beauty of the countries i visited, so I made the videos private. The world is full of hate and beauty, and I think it's important to showcase both within a video. I'm able to discuss the important issues while vlogging, but a drone would really showcase the beauty of the countries I plan to travel solo this year. I plan to experiment with formats while mixing the drone footage and vlogs together in order to create compelling stories while backpacking around the world.

I would love a drone to help out with my shooting for school project. I know my account is called Cloud Vapers and that is because me and my friend were going to start recording videos until he recently passed away. I was devastated and would love for this drone to hold a remembrance on Earth. I'm a huge fan of the solar system and love how science works and evolves around humans. As a gaming content creator, I've been experimenting and branching out new ways to get new viewers and fresh content for the viewers I have now. One of them, surprisingly, has been vlogging. For the past couple of months, I have been watching your videos, and the awesome drone shots you shoot. I would love to get one, but sadly, I have close to no money to buy such a beautiful thing. I would love to use it to show the viewers from where I am, and where I go, to show my viewers a whole different experience and way to vlog. I want to captivate the interest of the viewer. That's my goal, and having a drone to show such a great field-of-view and experience will certainly achieve the goal. It will finally help me begin to start high quality vlogs and I really think a drone could help. I love your vlogs, and I want to create vlogs like you (not copying or anything obviously). I would absolutely love the drone because I have been making films for 7 years now. Cinematography is one of my passions I have been desiring for years now. I have made a feature length movie with my iPhone 5s. If I could get this drone, I would be able to get sick shots that are such high quality and be extremely cinematic. It would help my films be a billion times more cinematic. More people would be interested in my films and it could help with certain shots I am scripting in my next soon coming big movie project. If I get the drone, it could change my life. Me and my friends are obsessed with films and filmmaking and trying the best to use the low budget equipment in the best way possible. Getting a DJI Phantom 4 drone would have our breath taken away and would help all of our careers as actors, filmmakers, cinematographers and, comedians. The drone shots that you get are amazing and I could not imagine being able to replicate that amazing drone footage. Also, my selfie stick just isnt enough to capture the world. Hi Casey, I started watching your vlogs this year since you got the Phantom 4, and I am just ONE of your 2,614,308 subscribers.. Even though you say you are the worst pilot in the world, you get some amazing and unbelievable aerial shots out of your lens! I don't know how you do it, but you are definately a great drone pilot. After seeing your videos with you tracking yourself on the boosted boosted board, and your bicycle I've really wants the P4 because of it's tracking features and obstacle avoidance. I am very passionate about aerial photography/cinematography and am a relatively skilled drone pilot. I am in awe when I see some of the shots you pull off (even with the amount of calculated risk). Thats the thing I like about your videos, the risk. Yesterday, you were riding a bike with no hands, and you stacked it... dropping your camera. The other day you crashed you drone and a bridge... and why? All for the amazing shots that sometimes the viewers don't know how much effort, and (calculated) risk has gone behind it. You would't believe how much the P4 would help me get amazing shots, but in a safer and more manageable (single operator tracking) fashion. I thank you for taking the time to read this, and I better get back to doing my maths work (I'm in class atm, but can resist seeing your videos!). #DJI

I would LOVE to have an incredible drone like Phantom 4. Unfortunately, they are extremely difficulty (and expensive) to get here in BRAZIL. I’ve tried to BUILT one DRONE from SCRATCH (video on my channel), but nothing like a DJI drone to film and show the world the awesome places we have here. Also, you should DEFINITELY come and visit the BEAUTIFUL places in our country!

We run a soccer youtube-channel and a drone would help is improve the quality of our videos. The pitches and locations are beautiful in Norway, and drone would help us display those locations in a great way, along with us being able to tell a better story. Alright, chances here are slim to none... So here goes nothing. Casey, I have bought just about every camera that you use in the vlog. Of course, inspired from you. I bought a Canon 70D, Go Pro, I bought my very first point and shoot, the Canon G7X, I even bought an iPhone 6s plus for the 4k on the go image stabilization.. Unfortunately, my budget allows me to get the Canon 5D Mark iii and obviously a drone. I am a 19 year old want to be film maker/actor, so my budget is you know.... not good. I feel like there are so many opportunities with the drone, and even just the ideas I have always had in mind, I feel like I could really represent my stories even more with it! “The Phantom on the Caribbean". I recently visited the island Holbox the caribbean sea, if all goes well I have thought back to the summer and just would be nice to make some shots from the Phantom. Hey Casey, I'd really like the drone for my youtube videos, which I have been making for a while and for films (establishing shots and things like that) and for recording all the sick memories that I've been making lately here in Brazil, and other countries I've been lucky to be at lately. I just really really love the awesome shots you can make from high up and its really useful for the my youtube videos and films, you literally said what I was thinking in the last part of the vid.
