Also, you can customize your fan curves so that it would be more silent. if its a CPU can i dunno what you would use, but i know you can use MSI Afterburner if it's your graphics card.

I upgraded from an amd cpu to a whole new build, i assembled everything fine and swapped hard drives. it worked but there were so many blue screens i decided to ditch 8 and just install windows 10. kinda good exsuse for me to buy an ssd lol

if you're fans keep speeding up randomly all the time you will have to change the fan speed curve in your bios, your cpu and gpu will always spike in degree whenever something happens in a game, so every time it spikes the fans go "WHEY LETS COOL THAT DOWN" most of those problems are to do with fan heat/speed curves, hope this helps man :)

Speirs ... The way the Drag tree works is you pull up to the white line like you have been. Make sure when you are in your car that you are far enough forward in your seat so you can look through the windsheild and see the top 2 yellow staging lights. When you go to stage you CAN NOT go past the white line or you will RED LIGHT which means you jumped or took off before it told you too Hence why the red light comes on. So if it red lights then you will have to figure out a way to reset it or move to the other side. Any ways when you stage you have to stage both rows of yellow lights. Then im sure you know the rest ... ... its counts down 3 2 1 and goes green and you take off. I do not have the My Summer Car Game so i do not know how to reset the drag tree but that is how you stage up to it. Maybe someone can help and chime in on how to reset the tree if you red light. Hope it helps Speirs , iv been watching all your my summer car vids and constantly see you red light and keep waiting for the red light to go off. i keep waiting on a on a good drag time for the blue turd... or lightning McQueen or White turd and just had to chime in and tell you how to stage.

hey speirs, I don't know if its the rally track, but there's a dirt track on the side of the highway, not sure where on the highway, but if you drive along it you will see brown dirt coming off the side of the road (browner than the dirt on the normal roads) that might be the track, but if it isn't its still cool plays to drive your car. sorry for the really long comment.

Hey Speirs. Not sure if you know yet but the red lights mean fault and you need both pair of lights to go yellow and means you're staged and ready to go. And the little white box is what is detecting your tire which needs to be lined up with it in order to be staged and ready to go. Also, it is a 1/4 mile strip and tells you your time next to the 1/4 mile line on the slip the guy gives you. you were doing 18 seconds.

Speirs it's a 1/4 mile track so when you're looking for your race time look beside "1/4 mile" and your trap speed is where it says just "km/h". So in the white car it didn't register your full 1/4 time on the slip for some reason but your trap speed was 126km/h and in the red "murica car the 1/4 time was 18sec and the trap speed was 137km/h. :D SPEIRS DRAG RACING 2k17

Yes, but the run with the Ferndale was pretty good. I have to try that car out on the strip. My best with the Satsuma so far is 17.771 sec and 132-ish km/h. I guess I can beat both stats with that big red monster.

the tree works like this. top: stg 1 2nd from top: stg 2 on start line 3rd, 4rd, and 5th down are ready lights (stg3) 6th stg4 is go red light means stop. and no. you didnt run a mile. you ran a 12 second 1/8th mile with the datsun.

Speirs, Higher numerical gear ratios (4.10, 4.56) are better for drag racing, quicker launch and better acceleration. Lower numerical gears (3.07, 3.23) are better for higher speed racing. The higher numerical ratio is why it was falling on its face

You can just copy the appdata and documents folder off of the old computer, as that is where most savegames are stored. (That is, if you dont want to switch the hard drive to the new one)
