If you want to steer the car without keyboard, then you can use the mod 'Advanced KB&M Controls'. It can make you steer the car with a mouse, and when you want to adjust the camera you need to press left control and look around with the mouse. I suggest you turn off the 'Reset Camera option when enabled' so that the camera doesn't reset everytime you change it
