It finally happened, things went from crazy to ridiculous. Toplessgun has added, of all things, nitrous to the game. So, that as it is, clearly the Satsuma isn't dangerous enough, let's add the NOS and see what happens! Vin Diesel would be proud!

ABOUT: MY SUMMER CAR
MY SUMMER CAR is the ultimate car owning, building, fixing, tuning, maintenance AND permadeath life survival simulator. You start the game with hundreds of loose parts and assemble both car and engine. Not only you need to maintain your car, but yourself as well. Sausages, beer and sleeping will do just fine.
If everything goes well, you have a working car which you can use for various 1990's Finnish countryside summer activities. Basically doing stupid things under influence of alcohol. After you have gathered extra money from various random jobs, you can start to tune and upgrade the car with parts ordered via snail mail. You can turn the car into a obnoxious bass-boom disco machine.... or into a rally car to participate rally competitions... or just fix it into perfect factory condition. Of course car also needs to pass the inspection or you might get into trouble with police.
Not only you have access to one car, but also several other cars and vehicles which you can use. (Mostly useful to get groceries and for towing the project car from some ditch, again).
Warning, this game is not for fainted heart. Severe car fever is required to play this properly due to it's autistic approach on car building.

I’m a car girl who occasionally plays games, direct opposite in all ways, and trust me, we question your methods sometimes but it’s all good. And absolutely hilarious. The pressure valve for the nitrous can be turned up all the way and the car will be just fine. If you haven't done so already, have the gear ratio changed to 3.700. This will give you the highest speed, and the nitrous will make up for the lack of acceleration.

We've always seen someone create a Satsuma worth a lot of marks. But has anyone created one that can complete the drag race in 17 sec within 1 week with a budget of 6500 marks? Take you're save and put it somewhere safe. then start a new game and use MSC Editor to give the money to yourself. You *_Cannot_* Do any jobs at all, You *_Cannot_* get any money except that 6500. You have to start from scratch or start with a stock Satsuma but a budget of 3000. If you die, you failed. If you run out of money, you failed. If you get money in one way or another, you failed. _As long as you manage to get your Satsuma to do the race within 17 seconds you succeeded (and not get any more money than the budget)._

You mean the IDLE mixture setting, right? Carburetors automatically adjust mixture setting during driving using vacuum pistons on the needles and seats. A single miture for all driving would not work so well. Though it would be cool to add an update that gives you different needles to let you tune the carbs more

GrayStillPlays | your supposed to put the rallye tires on the front as supposed to the rear because the Satsuma is front wheel drive. I have also experienced in real life what happens when you just have ribbed or slick tires as the steering tires on a garden tractor. The rears are the original style turf savers (Haro style treads) and the front has ribbed tires. When hard cornering, accelerating into a turn and attempting to turn on mud causes the front end to slid out and under steer.

I think the drive gear falling off is a bug, possibly something to do with how the game saves the state of bolts. I just rebuilt my engine (replacing worn parts), and could not get my car to drive. I headbutted around to see if I missed anything and as far as I could see I hadn't. I saved and quit, then when I logged in again the drive gear was sitting on the ground. When I picked it up and reattached it, the bolts were already done up. After that my car performed normally.
