all the traps to gem chucking guys have slow/inconsistent resolution so julius falls behind ilya pretty clearly over the course of a feud. if you have an affiliation and don't have rocky you can run both in feud

Will get his moment next month from prizewall and yeah hes my best tech in game 3 clicks build with piperplate he is just super fast for feuds julius has that trap gem animation that makes him a little slow but ilja is fast for feuds
