which should take advantage of the splatter damage of the Hornet and Wasp, ramrod module or optical system module?

@gravuitton-tt6es4kx6x neither module will change splash damage. The missiles are the rare weapon that benefits from both modules. They have a slow reload, so ramrod is my first choice, because their slow speed towards the target means the farther they have to travel, the less likely they are to hit a moving target. I feel reload speed is the better option for all missiles. Ramrod is my top recommendation here.
