I've been catching up on your older videos. You make great points about what kind of books are good for beginners and later can serve as an easy to grab reference book 💗 I agree that not every guidebook, even if the deck is based on the RWS system, can be fully applicable to other RWS decks. But I think that when you're still a beginner it can vastly broaden your understanding of cards and this knowledge can be applicable to all other decks 🙂. For me, a good guidebook can add nuance to the meaning of a card, express a slightly different way of looking at a card, or emphasize an aspect or a detail I haven't paid attention to before. The same way as different reimaginings of RWS do, but this time not in an image but a text format. Nothing makes me sadder than when a deck has a LWB with only a list of generic RWS-based keywords for a card.
