Loved this! We have many of the same teas. Toasted walnut, mother’s little helper, I love the organic ceremonial matcha too. I do add a bit of honey to green teas but nothing else usually. Also I stock up on ones I used for lattes as well. Vanilla cappuccino I love pumpkin chai obviously! Great video, thank you!

I loved your wall of tea! I'm new to drinking tea and I just found David's Tea. I usually just drink yerba matte as an ice tea (very common um Brazil). I bought some magic potion to try :)

Lovely video. Jelly you have Honey lullaby. I love Lime Gelato as well. I also love the S'mores Chai, Valerian Nights, pistachio ice cream, jumpy monkey, juse beet it, vanilla orchid, tie kwan yin, guangzhou milk oolong, sweet ginger heat, getting into the new Moringa Mermaid ( I smell cantaloupe), and many more. most of my friends now say I have a tea problem

Oh my gosh! I looove the door mouse teapot! I always struggle to get the labels off the tins when I want to store a new tea. Any advice?

Sara Lancaster I always just peel the label off carefully and if there's residue I don't really mind because I'll just put the new label in the same spot. I've heard vinegar works for getting labels off things, and running the tin through the dishwasher might help, too. I'd be extra careful if its a colored tin though because it would be so sad if the color chipped or faded.

Use a product called Goo-b-gone or Undo. I get a small bottle at the dollar store. Sprinkle a few drops on the label and let it sit there for a few minutes, then gently rub the label and glue off with your finger or a soft cloth and a little dishwashing liquid. Should take the label off without damaging the paint on the tin underneath if you don't use anything scratchy on it like a metal scrubber. If it's still a little tacky even after using the dishwashing liquid, then rub cornstarch powder over it and that will make it go away.

Usually the loose tea will come in just a silver aluminum bag when you order online, but normally you can get a free silver tin with the purchase of 4oz of loose tea. Sometimes they do special deals where you get a free seasonal/cute tin instead, but otherwise I believe they're about $5 extra. I hope this was helpful! I’ve started getting into loose leaf tea lately, but I can only get Davids Tea online because there aren’t any stores in my state :(

If you ever do happen to visit a store, my best tip is to smell ALL the tea!! Online you have to kinda read the ingredients and description and guess whether or not you'll like it, so if you do ever find yourself in a store don't be shy to ask to smell lots of teas! As you try some, you'll get a better idea of what ingredients and types of tea you like and dislike and it'll get easier to pick good ones to order online without getting to smell them. Also, there are lots of good reviews here on KZbin, so hopefully those will make it easier to find the best teas, too!

Dylan Reid I used to work at DT, and mine had them on display. Otherwise just ask a tea guide! They haven't been discontinued or anything as far as I know.

Definitely Forever Nuts!! It is sooo good! It steeps a beautiful pink color and tastes like a cinnamon roll! Cardamom French Toast is another awesome unique one to try. Personally, I fell in love with straight oolong teas when I first got into DT, so I'd recommend the Tie Kwan Yin or the milk oolong. DT has sooo many fun, unique blends to try that it's easy to overlook the straight teas but they are amazing! If you like a certain tea type (green, black, herbal etc) I can give more specific recommendations!

@@jaricas8578 Yay!! There is so much to try! The Tea Guides (salespeople) in the store should be super helpful and knowledgeable. My biggest tip is to smell every tea you possibly can while you're in store, because that's the main thing you can't do when you buy tea online! Have fun!

Dana DeStefano I went to a David’s tea the other day and I really enjoy the teas i got!! cardamom French toast and forever nuts are my favorites at the moment, I also got bergamot kisses which I don’t enjoy plain but made into a latte it’s really good! I’m going again in May, do you have anymore recommendations for me? I’m excited to try more from the company :)

I just started getting loose leaf tea in bulk. But I can't find cute tins to save my like. I bought green tea in a 1 lb bag, lavender in an 8 oz, and plan on getting hibiscus and chamomile. I checked Davidstea site and saw that the tins were $3 and in a cute soft blue but they are 4 oz tins. Would it be worth getting a bunch of those tins? Or would you ( or anyone really) have a good recommendation for tea tins for this much of the same tea?

DT does have bigger tins, meant to hold 10oz of tea, but they don't come in all the cute colors. They are just boring silver. Ikea has some tea tins, but I'm not sure how big they are. I'd check out World Market or a store like Home Goods. They might have some awesome options!! 💕

Omg I'm so flattered! I just brush my teeth with Crest 3D white. I bought professional whitening stuff before, but I got scared to use it because my dentist told me that if I drink things that have artificial colors in them my teeth could turn that color. I know matcha isn't artificially colored, but I was worried it would still stain my teeth green and that sounded traumatic so I never used the professional whitener lol And I do have a PO Box! Hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient in most whitening products. I use a bit on a q tip and rub it on my teeth. Let it sit for a few mins then rinse.
