That sounds like a vicious cycle fr. What I do is stay up the entire next day, go to sleep and wake up at a reasonable time, and drink lots of water while eating nutritiously (as best you can. Makes up for lack of sleep Thats supposed to help your brain function alr) between those two days. Can't forget the coffee, although you gotta be careful wit the caffein Idk works for me

I have 2 homeworks, 2 lab reports, to work on a project and my diploma degree for next week. It seems quite easy, right? Wrong, because I work as well and tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday I'll be going back and forth from labs/courses to work and vice-versa. On thursday we'll do an inventory at work as well and I'll have to go in the morning at work, them go at uni and then come back to work, all this from 7:30 am to 00. So the smart move would be to do all my work for college now, when I have time, but yet here I am scrolling through shorts and being a bed potato.
