@@eulili. ​​⁠ ​​⁠ in the u.s. different states have different requirements for which courses should be taught by grade level. kind of confusing. plus there’s usually a LOT of students; some teachers dealing with upwards of 200 kids per day. so if they have to teach multiple different types of a specific subject (ex: social studies) it makes it hard for the teachers to remember everything and to keep up with it all. if they only teach one course of a subject, though, it allows them to dive into the full depth of the subject and kelp better track of assignments and grading and stuff for their students. definitely makes it easier to grade tests too. p.s. i know i kinda rambled but hope it helped😭
