I'm pretty sure Jin is 21 and xiaoyu is 18 or 19. Jin was 18 during Tekken 3, and over 2 years passed for Tekken 4. Then the chronological time line went to shit very quick. I think the last 3 tournaments may have spanned within the last year storyline wise.
