My testimony of How I got Filled with the Holy Spirit.

I was aware of the Holy Spirits' presence around me and was filled with the Holy Spirit before i actually recieved the Holy Spirit as the result of the Holy Spirit baptism. After repentance and water baptism i prayed fervently for the infilling of the Holy Spirit. After a few minutes the Lord and answered my prayer and filled me with the Holy Spirit. Then the pastor praying with me told me to surrender my tongue to the Holy Spirit. So i stopped thanking the Lord for answering my prayer and filling me, opened my mouth and started relaxing my tongue as a way of surrenderung it. After a few minutes i felt control of my tongue seized snd i began to fluently speak in this language i was to learn was called speaking in tongues. The effect was staggering. Never had i felt such pure joy in my life. I was " beside myself" i was so happy. I thought no wonder these church people were shouting and dancing. Joy is being so happy that you act " beside yourself" you are so happy.

Let bit tell you for real what it feels like to be in the spirit you feel what father god feel you think like father god thinks you will see people without judgment you feel a strong feeling of love you don't want for nothing you feel confident a strong you can't earn the anointing of the holy spirit it says in the book of John that the father gives not the spirit by measure that means you can't earn it he gives it to you when your time come once you receive the anointing of the holy spirit you our taught by father god and to show myself approve read the first epistle of John chapter 3ver27 it says but the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you and ye need not that any man teach you but as the Same anointing teacheth you of all things and is truth and is no lie and even as it hath taught you ye shall abide in him notice it says any man teach you

Good night Naomi, the baptism of the holy spirit does not means you speak in tongues. Speaking in tongues is just a gift like all the other 8 gifts of the holy spirit. There are 9 gifts of the Holy spirit. Ask the Lord which one he has given you.
