I was raised Christian and baptized about a month after I was born, but it wasn‘t until about a year ago when I really started building my relationship with Jesus myself, and I can really feel it helps me calm down, reach my goals in a way that doesn‘t stress me out, and just finding and identifying myself honestly. I am now in my late teens and I hope to really spread the love and joy of God, even to those who believe in something else or nothing at all, I want them to look at me and wonder „Oh, how does she feel so peaceful and calm to be around?“ 🤍🤍

I grew up in a Christian household, however I never ready believed and even went against Jesus. I always told myself "I'll believe it till I see it" but around 2023 I found him when my health started to completely collapse for the second time. I don't follow the Christian beliefs, but I follow Christs teachings and I believe he is real, if that makes sense. 😅 I get really nervous about sharing my faith too. Ps. Heaven is cheering for you right now 💓

Well, my entire life I always knew God was real, but I never accepted him Until 2020 my dad and I became Christians and got baptized. It was the best day of my entire life. He really has tested me through everything I had to move across the country away from my best friend but somehow we still stay in touch and I got 10 times closer to God. He has a plan for everything and always remember that.🩷✝️🩷

girl i am a christian teenager and i have to admit I lived as a lukewarm most my life. it was only until recently that i rediscovered my faith and realized just how beautiful God and what He does is. even crazier, i’ve been following you and watching your content for years. so to come back and see that you turned to Him around the same time I did, isn’t that just a clear sign from God that this was meant to be? you have no idea how much joy seeing this video brought me, God bless you 🫶🫶

In the modern generation, the norm and culture has made it VERY DIFFICULT to find Christ and actually wants to follow Christ. Been watching your yt shorts for a few months now. Love all your fashion and fitness content but then to see that you believe in Jesus?!? The screech that I let out! Can not stop grinning 🤩🙌🏻💗💗 God is good! I became stronger in my faith towards Christ after He healed me from my anxiety and panic attacks back in 2016-2018. It was such a big burden to my life but I know now that even back then, and in the days to come, God is in control and has a good plan for me cus he loves me so much. And this TRUTH gives me so much peace and comfort. The opposite of fear is faith. I understood that God gave me life and the opportunity for me to experience His love and all of His creation made me feel super blessed! We see things in flesh and in the now, but God sees in the perspective of eternity ☺️ I trust God ❤

Hearing this made me so happy! I've been a catholic/christian my whole life because my family is very devoted to faith. I never felt like leaving the faith, but I think since 2020 when I lost someone really important in my life, I realized that my faith is what has saved me. Looking back, if I didn't believe in God, I would not be where I am today. Over the past years I have seen several of my friends sort of make fun of my faith. I think that people need to realize that religion is not just "strict rules and traditions", it's a community, a form of self assurance knowing you are not alone and that God is always ready to listen. ✝️💗

Me almost same. Once I have read few pages in one catholic book about 10 God's rules. I was standing like "my life was a lie", my wiew on the world hve changed about 360 degrees and every day was a fight with sins. It happend again before few months when I out of nowhere realised how demonic is some music and than a huge change when I find out what is modesty clothing. I am struggling with modesty and feminity still, but holding a cross with Him is only way. See you later up there or on one of the masses of one, holy catholic and apostolic church. I think you'll have to relationship with Gof better & also it's not strict, but also he wants us to change because of our sins & we need forgiveness to forgiven our debtors & also remind me same as my sister where she felt negative last year then she realizes why all the people following Jesus Christ then he asked her for why did she keeping herselves in darkness so lost then right now she is already felt positive & never frazes his deity self

So little storytime, I was a luke warmish christian 16 year old and I I actually stopped watching your channel for some time because I was trying to grow closer to God and find christian creators. So you can imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon a short of yours talking about going to church 😂😂 Girl, what I'm really trying to say is God always has a plan!! I felt the same. I was searching for an identity that didn’t exist outside of God. I had so many “achievements” and I still felt empty. God really is good and He brings so much peace to us and he loves us so so much. I want everyone to experience that love.

Amen sister! Our worth and identity does not come external things of this world, for the things of this world is passing away. It’s not about looking external or internally. These are all based on feelings, and feelings change. BUT ONE THING WILL NEVER CHANGE: our worthiness comes from our identity as God’s Children! And God loves His Children so much. Look towards Christ as a stable foundation and everything else will be added.

I feel so encouraged to hear your words! I've always known there was a creator of the universe out there, but it wasn't until within the last couple of years that I started listening to Bible study podcasts and reading the Bible. Now I listen to my daily devotional either on the treadmill or on the way to work! I still have my ups and downs and sometimes I really don't feel like I belong in this world, but I keep going and keep my head up because that's what Jesus would want! I'm married now too and my husband is a work in progress. He's gone from atheist to agnostic since meeting me, but I will never give up on him! Prayers for you and yours Vanessa! Love this! After two years of really bad times in my life, I returned to God as well, or I would more accurately say I am walking the path to do so. Like you say it's a process! After losing my mom to cancer and trying so hard to fix my life on my own with distractions, stuff, self-help, whatever, nothing would stick. It wasn't until one night this past July that I prayed and begged for help that things changed, and they have in a BIG way. Like you said, I still struggle with sin and hardships in life, but having Him with me makes it easier to bounce back, work on true repentance, and live a more loving, good life. Having faith is a challenge, but it's a great one to face. Prayers for you and your journey!

Feeling empty and purposeless makes sense when the “success” of your specific career path as a content creator can be so easily measured by views/follows/engagement. You looked to god for external validation that you are okay and loved. I am glad that you feel this weight lifted. But I hope you can work on self worth, independent from the external, and know that you are valuable and good enough even if your faith wavers and this initial thrill of committing to Jesus wears off.

We are valuable and good enough because we are made in the image of god. There is no such thing as self-worth. Our worth comes ONLY because of him. The current day belief of finding "self worth" and "rediscovering yourself" is the reason why people are consistently depressed even with all the self help gurus and books. It's not a phase. It's called faith. Faith that says even with all your sin and imperfection, Jesus loves you. Our time on this earth is temporary so we should love him with all our heart and love each other. Its the most freeing thing to have faith. So respectfully, she cannot put her self-worth on anything but Christ.

But the commenter wasn’t wrong though. Everyone here is young. As a young person observing older folks in religion, it can seem like Gods love alone solves everything for a couple years. But then the shiny identity falls off and they still feel empty. So they become stricter Christians. But they’re still miserable. And the cycle continues well into their middle ages. I say this as a believer of God myself. I get wary when people get feverish and manic about finding Jesus. It means they really have things they need to heal. I truly hope she finds that love for herself. My personal belief is that God isn’t here to explain everything about your life that you don’t understand, or can’t figure out. He gives you strength to do the hard work to heal yourself. I know of Christians that don’t believe in therapy, but believe in being healed by God’s ‘love’ (validation). That’s just being lazy. YOU must do the hard work to heal yourself. You can’t rely on feeling God’s validation to fix yourself.

Interesting, ultimately I'm very glad you found peace and happiness through this belief. As someone who was a devoted Christian for a majority of their life, but ultimately deconverted and became atheist, I have a hard time understanding why anyone who wasn't raised in the faith would want to join it, if I'm being brutally honest. (But that's just my opinion) Mainly because Christanity felt incredibly restrictive and like I had to do constant mental gymnastics to make it make sense. For me personally, deconverting was one of the best things I've ever done. I feel more peace, freedom, love, confidence and pride in my own thoughts and morals then I ever did in Christianity. It felt like I could see the world clearly when I left. But that's MY journey. And you have YOUR journey. Congrats on your baptism, and your new faith. While I might be poopooing on the religion, I can't deny their are beautiful aspects to it. So I do hope it continues to bring you happiness.
