I AM SO sorry that your Tops chapter wasn't as good..I'm sure things have changed in that length of time..I hear some pretty weird things they used to do like if you gained something to do with a piggy..This has been a lifelong weight loss/keeping off pounds. THANKS my friend for sharing ❤❤

i was in tops over 35 years ago. it was a good support group but there were too many competitive people in the group. i struggled with bulimia while in the group because i wanted to be the biggest loser. between that my ex really giving me grief over any weight gain. when i met my mil to be, her side comment to him was that i was kind of chubby. nice, eh? i still struggle with my weight but my gp told me that i didn't have to be thin - made all the difference in the world. i am glad tops is working well for you.

Some people can be so cruel and rude...it's a blessing if we can just overlook them! i hope whatever you decide to do that it can work for you and people can do this on their own at home if they choose to blessings to you my sweet friend and i hope whatever you do it's the best for you I know it will be 🍑
