Hello neelam, Your videos are amazing all the time. But , one thing i want to advice you that I was looking your posture today from back upside .It's getting inwards because you work a lot in kitchen and your kitchen shelves are shorter for you. I think if you guy's fix your kitchen shelves like more in height. It helps you for your posture. Or you can use posture belt. It's just my advice. Because you are really pretty. Good luck.
