The games that I would love to see on the Evercade is The Punisher & Alien vs. Predator from Capcom which I know is still license which is such a shame!

Hopefully these are successful. I’d love to see them enter the 3/4 scale market with this concept. As far as games, I know it will never ever happen, but would love the old WWF arcade games, Superstars, Wrestlefest, Wrestlemania arcade.

Hudson Soft (Bonk) and Konami (Mystical Ninja) definitely should contribute to the Evercade's library. I also think FPS such as Blood, Shadow Warrior, and what else was popular in late 90s/early 2000s could benefit from the Evercade.

I have the EXP and 30+ carts so far. I love the idea of the Alpha and its a great size for us in the UK with much smaller homes than in the US. Ill be ordering the Megaman one. Not bothered with a VS.

I'm 33 cartridges deep. I play on my EXP and love it. I preordered the VS-R/Tomb Raider bundle. I'm pretty stoked for that, but idk if I'll get the alpha. Looks like fun. I'd love to see some more DOS games. some early Apogee games, like Jazz Jackrabbit

Your picks are great! Blue Max and Midway/Williams are at the top of my wishlist. Konami would be cool, but I’d like to see them dig deep into the catalogue. Contra and Castlevania have been done to death. Let’s see Double Dribble, Blades of Steel, Jackal, Sunset Riders, Rocket Knight…etc

For Konami, my understanding is they control pretty much the entire Turbo16 library (edit: John notes in the video they took over Hudson Soft). That's what I want. I can get Castlevania and Contra in plenty of places but outside of the Turbo16 mini there aren't many ways to get to those games. I think that could be a big draw for the Evercade.

I know I'm late on the comment, but APOGEE!!!! Or 3D Realms or whatever it's called these days. Very glad to have Duke Nukem in the fold, but there are so many more great Apogee DOS games. Heck, there are so many great games that they could easily do 2-3 carts if they wanted to. Honorable mention goes to id software.

Wanna see the Atari recharged series as a multicard. Guess, Evercade hardware should have no trouble playing this. I would also appreciate a Metal Gear and Ocean collection as a Multicard. Speaking about homebrew software, a C64 Protovision collection would also be very nice👍👌

I have a EXP and VS and only 4 cartridges short of a complete collection (Have all the Legacy carts which are getting expensive and a shame for those that are just joining the ecosystem) But I would love a Konami and PC Engine collection. Now that they have the Giga Carts imagine Rondo of Blood on Evercade.

can u load up roms and emulators on that system? like a multi cart that has every nes game and 1 that has every tg16 game like that?

SNK and Sega are actually possible- in the past Blaze dealt with the European distribution of both the Neo Geo X and the Mega Drive handhelds with built in games prior to being branded At games so their is a history between the companies in getting a license agreement sorted. I would like an EA cartridge with the Road Rash series, Desert Strike and their sequels, Theme Park (PS version) Command & Conquer etc would be great, especially as EA do not license or re-release their older IPs like other companies as much

Hi, I was scrolling down KZbin 'Home' section and came across this video looking at the thumbnail and seeing Mega Man V on Arcade, and I didn't know there was Mega Man on Arcade. And thought about sharing info with you. Did you know there was Metroid arcade game? I didn't know that until I looked that up online. It was Japan-Only; that's why some or most of us here in America never heard or knew about Metroid on Arcade here. I've played in an Arcade emulator, and it does run a little better than on NES because of the more-efficient Arcade hardware, machinery.

The problem is, honestly, once you get into the Hudson and Compile games, _the emulation will not be snappy enough,_ and the response to controller input will not be rapid enough. With other genres of games this isn't an issue, because we're talking about a fraction of a second, but... :-/

JH, Ocean Software out of Manchester, UK were bought by Infogrammes. So Atari owns them.

Pretty sure Warner owns the rights to Williams video games. I think Light and Wonder owns the rights to Williams and Bally pinball. It's pretty confusing, I know.

The Alpha looks cool, but a little pricey. I'm sure the screen is going to look great. They really should've implemented a rotating (tate) screen. They've really been pushing tate gameplay with the EXP. A missed opportunity in my opinion.

I'd love a Tad Corporation cartridge with all its 6 games. It's an easy cartridge that would cover the 100% of one single company. I don't quite understand why Atari cartridges become legacy while the new Super Pockets include one with Atari games. What happened here? I'm excited with Alpha too, but releasing arcade cartridges along with it that have several vertical oriented games is a little weird. Anyway, I don't know what model I'll get yet, one of them has too many Street Fighter games and the other one, too few. I have Street Fighter games in many other hardware, but the cabinet itself is beautiful, whereas the Mega Man one gives the custom modern bartop vibes, which isn't a good thing. On top of that, the other 4 games are great, but the Mega Man ones aren't what I'd call killer apps, at least for me. It would have been better, in my opinion, with Ghouls 'n Ghosts and Super Street Fighter II Turbo instead of both fighting Mega Man titles, but hey, that's what Evercade does: giving you some bottom of the barrel games in every cartridge (not physical in this case) so you may end up discovering a new favorite.

Have all the Evercade carts and this will be an easy pass, especially if the games are not released separately on to cartridges. Also, having the games split across two separate hardware devices is a bit choice to say the least and speaks to greed more than likely at Capcom.

Putting them all in the one unit would have driven the price up higher. I guess they need to watch pricing, too high and it won't sell.

I am a little torn on the Evercade Alpha as when I got my Evercade It came with two Arcade carts which felt like a poor fit for a home console but having an Arcade device that's officially licensed by Capcom and comes with a lot of Street Fighter **and** supports other Evercade carts I could buy this, set It up and change the game out every so often though I am not really a fan of these mini arcade cabinets It doesn't sound fun to be cramped over a tiny screen with the other player using a controller not very authentic

The VS isn't a consolized Evercade because the Evercade was already a console.

Many critics of this product don't realize how expensive an arcade stick would be, purchased alone: Hori is not nearly as good as Sanwa or Seimitsu, but just buying a Hori arcade stick in 2024... puts you in an insane price range.

Road Blasters is underrated -and in 2024 I would hesitate to say "Atari's Road Blasters". Someone, somewhere owns the rights to it. And yeah, it's possible the Genesis version is better than the arcade, but it's a close call in any case.
