My current idea is the dlc being a tie in to Peter Pan. Think about it: the one turning into a real boy with the boy who never grows up. We can get the pirate ships for both sea AND air if they so want lol The little light could be a Tinkerbell unless Gemini can get out of the lamp for more direct guidance. We’ll see!

I like the idea but did you beat LoP? Did you see the video at the end of the game. I don't think Peter Pan is a thought by the dev team yet. Still, a great idea

Looking down from the top of the cathedral where u first met Alidoro, u can see a place on the left that u haven't been to yet. You can see ships floating off the coast of the place, and you can see some snow piled up on the mountain behind the place. but I'm not sure if it's DLC places, I just suspect it the sequel will be produced in UE5 and is in its early stages, so afaIk most devs are focusing on DLC

Haha, saying you just came back from a furry convention and partied too hard CONVINCED me to subscribe, and I've been around YT long enough to know that Nov and Dec are slow upload times across the board because it's holidays and wintertime for most people. Don't stress about Content Creation (tm) around the Solstice, it's literally in our DNA as mammals to want to sleep and eat and rest more than usual! Thank you for this update - I'll look forward to seeing what you put out when you come back :)

tbh for the second black rabbit brotherhood fight, I feel like if it was tweaked to where the siblings' aggro radii were slightly shortened, and only one member applied an element to their weapon at a time, that would make the fight feel much better. For the first DLC teaser photo, I didn't notice how it looks frozen, but you bringing that up reminds me of the first teaser for the game, where they show Geppetto heading to a chapel (with some awkward early VA work lmao), dragging that trunk from the end of the game with him, through the snow. So maybe it'll have something to do with their initial ideas from back then? Either way, super excited for what's in the future. I saw before this letter was posted, Korean fans were hoping for a traditional Korean outfit with the patch, and honeslty I can see them doing that for a patch around New Year's haha. I'm a sucker for some more variety of skins, and hyped to be getting the tophat to complete the Venigni cosplay lmao. Also if you really like the music a lot, you should look into a copy of the Korean collector's edition! It's pricey but I felt it was totally worth it since it comes with a CD soundtrack of the boss themes/records and an actual vinyl of 8 of the OST. Been playing that CD on repeat when I'm in the car haha.

The thing about DLC and LoP2 is that the two project would require different skillsets. You don't need your core programmers on the DLC, or at least not as many, so you get them working on the second game, but level designers and asset artist arn't needed on LoP2 yet for the most part because the programmers havn't made or updated the systems and tools that they will need to make content for LoP2. So you get them making the DLC with the old tools. Its a good way of keeping everyone busy and working.
