@@nf3805 they were voted out of their teams so they had the choice between this and Switch, and i think Woongki joined rather Supercharger than Switch because his friends- Seowon and Haruto- were doing it too, and it’s a chance for him to show that he CAN do dark concepts too. As for Ollie and Takuto, I would guess that they’d both appreciate Haruto as a leader because he speaks Japanese and English, and Takuto needed his gentle leadership.

I just really want to appreciate Takuto, I know he isn't ready to debute, he needs to be more skilled, but God this kid is improving, like watch his demo stage and last stage, he did so good. He is just a child without any training and background, but he is slaying, I know that such hard competition boosts his development and hope he will make it big in future. Good job, Takuto !!

Especially because he keeps getting put into groups that have a hard concept for him, his confidence keeps getting hit by low rankings and never getting picked, and now he's getting hate online because people are saying eliminated trainees deserve his spot and bully him for being untalented! He is such an underdog, he struggles everytime but still puts on a good performance by the end of it

There's just something so endearing about Takuto, and he's always earnest and gives his all. He may not have the skills now and probably not debut-ready at this point but there's much potential for growth I feel. And I honestly wish they didn't have to announce the last placed member of the performance, it is so disheartening when everyone truly tried their best.

He is definitely a popularity vote and I'm a little annoyed that his spot could have gone to someone who is actually ready to debut, and also this is giving him a lot of false hope and seeing him in the last episode look so devastated that he thinks he is unloveable and bad because people keep voting him last broke my heart. He has improved crazy amounts but he is still so far behind and I hope the boys there let him know that he is only last because of a skill difference because he is definitely super loveable and that's the reason he got voted in!

Seunghwan is my one pick on the show. When I was watching the episode and he said that he wants to try for the killing part again, I was soooo embarrassed. My mind went like, 'Seunghwan babe, why are you trying to be problematic??? As much as I would like for you to have the killing part, Gunwook won fair and square.' I skipped the whole scene and landed at the scene where they were discussing to prank Gunwook and the relief I felt. I then rewinded it and watched the whole thing (I didn't see it live).

I had never voted for Seunghwan before until this performance, I guess because so many of the trainees are strong, charismatic dancers with decent rap skills. But oh man, his singing in En Guarde was incredible and I had no idea that he's like among the top 5 of most talented singers right up there with Jay, Taerae, Hui, and Seungeon. Wish MNET was more transparent about trainees skills.

My thoughts on the Matthew situation is that I don’t think anyone was at fault here. Matthew had the right to be upset and jiwoong did the right thing by being transparent and suggesting for Matthew to change parts. First of all Matthew has never gotten any part that he has wanted so far throughout the show so it’s understandable why he was to feel attached to sub vocal 1 (cause it was a part that he actually wanted) I feel like if the rest of SMN team told Matthew sooner he would have accepted sub vocal 2 more. But the fact that they told him that they wanted to change his part so close to the performance must have caught him off guard. I really don’t get why he’s getting hate. He didn’t get the part he wanted, he has the right to be upset about it. I don’t know why people are making him out to be selfish. At the end of the day SMN team still put on a good performance, Matthew eventually switched parts, and all of them are close friends. Mnet is just making this more dramatic than it actually is.

I've always really liked Ricky and rooted for him, but seeing him in this mission and hearing his true vocal capabilities in Over Me has made my respect for him grow even more and I think it's safe to say he is officially my one-pick at the moment. The Matthew situation has proven one thing to me which is they need to just let jiwoong be the leader. Hanbin is an AMAZING teacher and he didn't so a bad job but if he had just spoken his mind about matthew's and seungeon's part the moment he felt they should switch instead of waiting for jiwoong to bring it up alot of conflict could have been avoided. Anyways he admitted that he should've brought it up sooner which is good but in general I don't fault anyone in this situation. Matthew had his heart set on the part, hanbin had a hard time telling his best friend that the part doesn't suit him and Jiwoong was just the one who spoke up about the elephant in the room. Ultimately I think them switching parts was the right move, they seemed to both struggle with their original parts and seungeon sounds INCREDIBLE as sub vocal 1. And although Matthew was worried about not shining enough as sub vocal 2 anyone who has seen the say my name dance practice knows that he couldn't have been more wrong about that!

I actually thought Jiwoong was kind of a hypocrite for saying it was for the betterment of the team Because Love Killer team asked him to give up his part since he was having trouble with the line Do I make you anxious. He was given the chance to keep working on the killing part, and he kind of messed it up during the performance. But they didn't give Matthew that option. This whole part was handled wrong by all of them. Matthew has every right to feel hurt by not just his friend but his team, who didn't even try to hear him out. They just kept repeating it was best for the team. What concerns they had they could have discussed it and given Matthew a chance to improve instead of taking a part he had worked on all that time away from him. This is just my opinion. I like Hanbin and Jiwoong, but they handled this so wrong.

Matthew even said right now it’s probably best for the team to stay in the positions they practiced until after evaluation then do the switch. It would have given both Matthew and Seungeon time to practice. It was a dick move and Hanbin and Jiwoong should be the evil edit not Matthew. Especially hurtful when your best friend throws you under the bus.

my fav thing in this ep: kamden's aegyo for jay 🥺 kamden as jelly coach, ricky as jelly thrower and jay as jelly boy lol zihao's reaction seeing his teacher kamden kade interaction i felt so sad that haruto had to recruit all members alone, teach them, gets the killing part. he always have this adorable image, and when i see him crying it makes me sad. but he's doing a good job as leader and killing part.

Over Me's voting method worked against Jongwoo. If they voted for the person who they want out, no one would dare vote for him because he did a lot for the team. Additionally, the song is vocal heavy and honestly didn't even need a rapper. Even Jeonghyeon would have probably been transferred if he didn't increase his value with his self written rap part that was personally approved by the producers.

Since audience now knows who they are unlike their earlier group battles and they're still competing for best performer IN the same group, so they wouldn't want strong competitor with them? The Matthew situation and editing is so confusing and it really angers me that they are trying to paint him as some sort of a selfish guy. Matthew got the part that he initially wanted, that he then practiced for, created expectations about it and was very happy because it would be meaningful. He even asked beforehand if Seungeon would like to try for the part too, but he refused, so he was certain that the part was his. Yet, even when the other members realized early on that there was a problem with the parts, they kept silent about it and waited so long before deciding to finally speak about it. But then when they did talk to him, no one explained in details why it would be better to exchange the parts, they just kept repeating it was because the new part had more character and it was good for the team. Of course he would be taken aback by the change, especially after spending so much time practicing and creating expectations for it. I’m not going to point fingers and say it was somebody’s fault, as I imagine everyone was stressed, uncertain and we can never know anything for sure as there is mnet involved, but it is sad that Matthew is the one being hated on for NO REASON. For the performances broadcasted, I loved them both! Supercharger team really made a miracle considering the time they had to practice and the energy was great! I’m really happy that Haruto shined so much on this song and got first place. As for En Garde, this stage was everything! The camerawork was kinda messy and left out some cool parts, but all the members had many great moments and the choreo is just insane. I also feel like Gunwook should have won, especially because this song feels like it was made for him and he slayed so much in the killing part, but knowing that Gyuvin was in the team and that korean voters have a strong bias towards him since day one, it was no surprise that this happened. I like Gyuvin, as he is a cute lovely weirdo, and i do thing the hate he gets is terrible, but its frustrating that this keeps happening in every performance he is in. Gunwook is my one-pick and in every single episode he proves how good, talented, smart and cute he is, but his korean following is still small and he still suffers the consequences of the editing mnet used in the beginning, so i’m voting for him no matter what because i absolutely need him to debut! If anyone reading this still does not know who to vote for, please consider Gunwook! ❤

For me Gyu Vin getting first place was just not understandable like when even Hiroto did a better job at rapping then him. Like no hate to Gyu Vin but he was the least prominent person in the en garde performance for me. This same situation happened with Love Killa when definitely Matthew and Jiwoong ate that stage and i was so shocked about them not winning 1st and Gyu Vin performance was also just okayish in that stage as well. At the end, again i have nothing against Gyu Vin but if we are talking about best performance it should be given to someone who actually devoured the stage and not to based on handsomeness. I don't know about u guys but for me it had to be between gunwook, hui or seung hawn for first place.

en-garde was SO GOOD maybe I'm biased because it's my favourite song but like... all the members really fit the concept naturally and the positions were divided so well, like it really looks like this song + choreo was made FOR them. even the members who didn't have a lot of parts like Junhyeon and Hiroto had good moments and were impressive like everything was perfect. they could save k-pop if this had been their mcountdown debut stage like cmon 😭 if it's true that over me won and not en-garde I'm really curious to see over me next week because this performance is hard to beat
