On one side, I'm grateful for the pity system. This mean that saving will really works. Especually for NA players. But on the other side, I think 300 pulls pity is too high. I'd be happy with 120-150 pulls. But honestly, 200 pulls is already acceptable. Considering that they will give us around 100 pulls for free every anniversary, 200 pulls is the balance spot.

@@rikisalim6438 Arknights also has 300 pulls as its pity (only on limited banner tho). But Arknights is more generous in free gacha currency, higher SSR rate, it has a small pity (basically, the SSR rate will increase incrementally after 50 pulls no SSR). And even with that, the community already begging it to decrease the pity to 200. It's still on 300 now tho. Priconne also HAD 300 pulls pity. But they decreased it to 200. The game is also pretty generous in giving the players free stuff so reaching pity is quite easy even for F2P. As for GBF, I don't know anything about it lol. Is the gacha rate better? Are they giving the players a lot of free stuff? Depends on those factors, 300 pulls might actually acceptable

What you have said throughout this video is exactly what I've been saying to people. When people are saying that at least there's a pity system, some are saying they're on copium *cough ShotgunShogun cough*. While I do agree with that, it's fact though that at least they gave us a pity system. And while on that topic, SS said that Aniplex/DW will never improve this pity system, and the people who think they're going to improve it are snorting too much copium. But they've improved a lot of stuff like reducing the SQ required to summon from 4 to 3, added one more summon for every 10-pull and let's not forget they gave us a free 5* servant.....TWICE. So I have hopes that they will improve this pity system.

The way I see it, the closest justifiable reason for the worry is the Aniplex move. Depending on how they do anniversary this year, knowing that there’s pity now, if we lose the free SSR ticket, then there’s some ground to worry. Sure, we get to keep the old staff but this is the same company 2-san had to defend getting the free SSR ticket

I think the issue isn't whether they improve on it or not, but how long before they do so, this game is five years old, yet it has a shitty UI and it still doesn't have an accounts system, FGO to this day, with all these new improvements is getting carried by the Fate IP, every single "Good" update the game gives to the players is already in another game, and too late, this game is almost always the last to do something good for the players And i fear that the lostbelts ending and the new PVP mode will probably lead to its doom

If we start to save from 0 to 900 worth of SQs it might take 8-9 months work of saving (assuming you don't have any uncleared main/free/interlude/strengthen quests). Will be much faster if: 1) We got more rewards from any special login campaign 2) You still have more uncleared quests 3) You get your servants to Bond 11+

I suggest that 110th roll = ssr (can be a spook) 220th = ssr (can be a spook) 330th = ssr rate up So we get at least something in between and still other ssr spooks doesnt affect any counter; also I agree that counter can be continued to other banners. Make the counter more visible. But my biggest hope atm, is that they implement this early in NA.

There's still a huge difference. Its not that hard to reach the amount of rolls needed to get atleast 1 spark even with 300 pity cap which is still in priconne NA. They throw tons of gems to the players pre and during events. There's also the gems from the daily login, Arena Battle, and Princess Arena. The gems you get by clearing the nodes the first time. The achievement rewards. Dont forget the free rolls too. Its not that hard to get enough to reach spark within 3 to 4 months of saving or less than 3 depending on the amount of rewards given. Now compare it to the amount of quartz we get every month in FGO. Its not an issue to whales but F2P?... Its hard holding back a year just to guarantee 1 to 2 servants of your liking.

I get that it's better than nothing, but I believe that "better than nothing" is not a praise for the DW to pat themselves in the back and for the community to just accept it and not want something better.. I would like a lower amount summoning required in order to hit the pity, something that would at least require about 300 to 450 quarts. This is my opinion.

Honest 110 summons is fair, since supposedly you should be able to get it within that amount. Hope they fix it but my hopes are not too high

You can realistically save that amount in about 4-6 months depending on the year. Not amazing, but if you want to save for just 1 character, its nice to have a safety net.

I mean, the whole point of pity systems in gacha games is to make sure that the whales no matter what get the rate up unit if they spend a certain amount, at least in all of the gacha games I played is like that. Honestly I don't know what was people expecting, this just a standard pity system(only difference being that it is 330 pulls instead of 300, because FGO multis are 11 pulls instead of 10), yet people still complain about a system they were begging to have in the game, a system whose only purpose is to make sure that whales don't spend too much money without getting the unit they want, because it's the standard one instead of an unrealistically generous one. Sometimes I just don't get people, like they beg for something that is not that great to begin with for F2P and when they have it they complain that they got exactly what they asked because it favors Whales like it always does. Did anyone really know what a pity Sistem really is for to begin with? or were they asking for something without knowing it's purpose? instead of pity I would have asked that in the first 10 pulls of every banner you get a four star servant or higher like in arknights, because i think that's what most people wanted, a pity system for F2P.

This doesn't help dolphin type of spenders matter of fact this could be a play on tricking dolphins to convert to whaling because of the idea of getting a guaranteed after such summons. Whales don't even benefit from this either because they are gonna go well over pass the sq required for pity and they will not be satisfied with np1 either so it's quite useless. The fact that it doesn't carry over too is frustrating, again enticing people to spend more. Honestly, they should just remake the USO to instead be obtainable if you get an SSR and make it so you need some amount of USO to get a unit that is featured in said banner (the amount of USO you have will be carried over to all banners except story) given how atrocious the rates on this game is this i think can work more than what they have now and dolphins and f2p players can eventually work their way to get a unit they want and not feel bad about getting spooked because they can have an option to use tht said ssr as a token for later.

If it works like I think it does, if you save 900 f2p quartz plus tickets (if they count) for a servant you want you can get about 2 rate up servants per year guaranteed which is two more then before.

The pity system sucks ass. However, I'm currently 315 rolls without an SSR on NA for Yang Guifei. You have no idea how much I'd kill to have this dog shit pity system implemented on NA. I'd gladly spend the money to get the necessary amount of quartz to finish the pain. So, in that sense, it's at least something, I guess.

If it was 220 or even 275 rolls and lets you to get an additional copy, there would be far less complaints. The state it's in now is pretty garbage, but it's better than nothing. I sure as hell don't want to be that 7% sucker that gets mega unlucky. Also I have trust that it will be improved in some capacity at some point in the future, it likely won't suddenly turn into the best pity system the world has ever seen though, but fgo as said in the video has a trend of making their systems better as time goes on

To be honest, even if there were multiple ssr's, you can pretty much guarantee it by rollin on their solo rate ups. I also think a lowering might be nice(for obvious reasons) but just for the pity to carry over for would be Amazin cuz it wouldn't feel like any of my rolls on other banners were wasted. I might just want a particular 4 star or a ce but with current pity, it's insentivise you to like go big or go home for that one waifu/husbando so just pity carry over would be huge in my eyes

I guess I would be that unlucky person. Saved up a year for Super Orion. 1300 SQ. Zero Super Orion. I got nothing. To me, THIS is NOT pointless. Out of that 1300 SQ pulls, I got spooked with 20 Chiyohime and 1 Caster Tamamo. You'd think with 1300 SQ, at least 2 or 3 rainbow. Right now I'm broke, no Super Orion, no new servants for 2021. Tell me that this is not good for someone like me who saved up for a year for a single servant.

happened to me once..... In retrospect I was being a drama queen, but when it happened it fucking destroyed any interest I had in FGO I had to cool down for over a year. It fucking sucks when that happens and I'm still spiteful over all of the f2pbtw players that were like "we don't need pity" so I'm perfectly happy that this game now features pity mechanics that f2p players can't realistically get unless they save up hard.

330 rolls for a pity system would be fine if it carried over between banners but as it is right now, it does absolutely nothing for F2Ps. You still have to Whale to get the Servant you want. This update benefits the Whales 9 times out of 10.

Or they suck and people just wanna defend the game to do so. I can name plenty of gachas that have a reasonable pity system and I can name several that have a carryover system if not a way to get a currency to get characters. I do not spend on fgo because the game's pity and rates are horrendous in comparison to other games and merely picked up an account and lucksacked a bit and worked with it. Games that offer an achievable pity system per banner or a carryover pity usually are more enjoyable because at least at some point you'll get something you want. This game doesn't really offer that and if you get shit on you get shit on. The main reason people are remotely fine with this is because 1. they give out free perm tickets soon which means everyone gets access to something 2. because the game has unbalanced normal pool freemium tier servants which means a majority of the game is still clearable with enough investment. I can't imagine the amount of people who are going to pull thousands of sq on castoria only to not get her even though the average is technically 300 or so. "at least its something" to me sounds literally like an excuse given how much they make and how many servants they release/rerun. Dokkan even has a pity system that works and the game has very big issues with its pity system. I don't see the excuse for this game.

I'll agree with most. Its great we got one now, but it's more geared towards very unlucky whales rolling, or for a very unlucky F2P. I've done plenty of big pulls on certain waifu banners, but I don't think I've ever took more than 3-4 of the biggest SQ package to get the SSR.

Pity system is pretty much for those who have been spending ALOT and have extremely bad luck in pulling the rate ups. For F2p players, u gotta save at least 7 months of quartz just to have enough sqs to hit one guaranteed ssr. That is provided u can withstand not to pull other newly released servants (harder since jp players doesn't have clairvoyance EX). And u gotta make sure to whale all those saved sqs into the pool in one go during the desired banner since the pity reset after the banner rotate lol. However, I can consider it as somehow a plus (at least they introduce the feature into the game). The real question is if they will somehow secretly lower the ssr rate since pity is a thing now kek

i think a pity system is good, some people pour a lot of money into the game, and to feel like you get absolutely nothing while quite literally paying someone's salary is crushing, so i think its a good way to promote saving quartz and to help keep those high spenders

Well after thinking it through yes is better than nothing, the problema is that it has more downs than ups, since it pretty much just helps people with bad luck that like to spend or save so that way they at least have a safety net, hopefully they do fix/improve the system later but i highly bought that they will be be doing something about it this year.

Unfortunately, the whole pity system suffers from the same issue as the USO system, its only viable towards hard core whale players. The f2p and casual whales will never be able to benefit from it. If a game has a system implemented in it, the logic and fair thing to do is make it something all players can utilize. I have been playing for over 3 years on NA and never obtained even 1 USO since i only buy SQ occasionally, and its a max of 2 of the most expensive packs, which is still a lot of money. In all honesty, the most fair kind of pity system they could've implement is a guaranteed SSR if you do 10 multirolls and do not roll an SSR. It doesn't have to be the servant on rate up, just any viable SSR. Each time you roll and SSR, it resets back to, and you will need to accumulate 10 multi rolls without an SSR. That would have been a decent pity system if you ask me.

the problem with that is 10 multipulls to get something that you probably dont need is a system for players that want to collect ssr's. In that case you want the servant from the new banner, that is what they should aim for, not with 330 pulls in one day.

I recall the dantes banner two summers ago, i spent over 300 SQ for him and I didn't get even 1 single gold servant. Stuff like that made me almost quite the game. Besides collecting SSR's has its own advantage that you can get USO's that way, something casual players cant do unless they have a crazy luck, i for one dont have an SSR above NP3.

Even if it is free and it is a business, you cant justify having a pity system that makes you get to the point where you need to aspend 500$ to get a new character in case you didnt get in between the pulls. It makes in sense of gaming. Any game company should make you stick to their games, not leech your wallet to the point where it makes you sad. Robert is right in a way, USO is impossible to achieve, and for a gacha game, a character shouldn't have such a price if you are just unlucky.

this pitty system has it's pros and cons but for me fgo and i don't know for everyone else , does give out a lot of saint quarts on certain events ,so 900 sq isn’t feasible for the average sq saver, yet, but a system that incentives you to save up the quarts ,could just give us more sqs to ease it up and this system could have.a decent shot at working to peoples favor, it could be something small like apology maintenance gives 2 sq per hour or more milestone missions that gives 10 sq per quest or some thing big like the changing the 30sq login bounus from 50 to 30 days, or any number or small changes and suddenly you now have a very feesible way of reaching 900sq.

I'm going to be honest, this pity system is something that they put out just so that they can say it exists, so that people stop complaining about the lack of a pity system. It is atrocious. There's almost no circunstances where you are going to roll 900 quartz in a single sitting (which is more often then not the only way you will get to use the pity system), unless you are whaling hard. I'm sure that a pity system is something that at least about 99% of the player base was looking forward to, It finally happened and somehow i'm happier with the grail craft that they added, that's how disappointed I was with it. I don't agree with the "Better than nothing" thing going on, saying this gives then the idea that this is fine, and for the majority of players this is still nothing, they are still never gonna use the pity due to how hard it is to actually use it. I don't mind it being a 900 quartz really, while it is a very large amount it's still fine, The rates in this game makes it quite rare for you to reach that amount anyway, but at least have it carry over to a future banner in case you run out of quartz before getting to 30 multis, or if they would rather keep it only a one banner thing and not carry over, they should at least reduce it to 20 multis (reasonable for the rates of the game).

Forgot to mention that while it doesn't carry over to other banners and resets if it's a rotating banner, Tickets and that Daily 1 Paid Quartz rolls count. With that in mind, depending on how hard one saves, they can reduce that 900 Quartz to something that's a little less absurd. And with EN having Clairvoyance people would be even more geared up for saving so those Tickets will stack, lowering the SQ required even more. As for what I think about this system, it's nice. As someone who's been battling RNG for a long time across various game genres, a definite win over it is always a plus. If they improve it in the future it's even nicer. Plus I'm just a F2P player, and gacha aside FGO's a really good game, so can't really complain about how they make their money… at least they're not Raid Shadow Legends. Why people still pay in that game is a fucking mystery even after all the posts, videos, and articles about it…

I'm a day 1 JP player, I don't know why everyone so upset about this. this is a game where it's not uncommon to not get focus ssr for 900 quartz. happened to me twice on void shiki and merlin, 700sq and got nothing, I'm pretty sure I got more than 10 fujino. thus I welcome this feature in open arm when you're F2P, you just have to learn how to save. period. I'm gssr only player. despite all this I still got most unit I wanted, np2 muramasa, np2 castoria, gilgamesh, mesuline, shi huang di, kama, arjuna alter. Currently my gem count is 1501 sq + 2184 small sq, hoarding for hopefully tsukihime event in the future you get more than free 900 sq in a year, it's more than enough to select which unit you really want. and there's almost no powercreep in FGO so each ssr has incredible value on your account. start saving, problem solved, really, it's not that hard

@@horaciorodriguez4301 30 multis pity is pretty common for gacha. there are games where 100 is the cap but for those games, just the character isnt enough. you need to pull for equipments or dupes to keep up. but in fgo, just getting one copy of a ssr is already a huge value up. not like the summon rates went down, u dont need to hit pity for ur rateup ssr. its just a cap so that the "i spent 2000 sq but didnt get the unit i want" stories dont happen anymore. i dont think u normally need 900 sq on average for a rateup, saving around 500 is more than enough. so i think the pity is okay but not very good either. i would be most satisfied if the pity was not banner specific. but what we got now isnt bad either.

The problem is it does not carry over to next banner. Now that is ridiculous. Not only the pity works only once per banner, its doesn't retain the count too since it did not carry over. The least you can do is make its carry over so everyone can enjoy the pity. Either save 900 SQ and roll or suffer the chance of not getting anything.

I don't quite get why they made it like this. For F2P, especially in JP where they don't have clairvoyance EX, 330 it's too high; for whales, it does not make sense for it to reset once you get the first copy. What I would like to see: introduce a point system (aka one roll you get one point), besides the limited 5-start servant(s) you can change points for event CE's and the rate-up 4-star servant(s) and points turn into apples at some rate once the limited banner is over.

I don't know about the rest but as a f2p player who only spend during GSSR banners, this is a huge deal. Perhaps it may not be a big deal for 99% of the community but it's a big safety net for someone who really wants to get a single servant. I say this because I'm one of victim of pulling Super Orion. 1300 SQ with Zero Super Orion. Been saving up for a year. Spooked with 20 Chiyome and 1 Caster Tamamo. Only one rainbow out of 1300 SQ. Oh, with 50 summoning tickets. All of you can say whatever you want - boot licking DW or whatever shit - but this hurts me a whole lot. I was about to stop playing after my final roll but I continued because of the story. If FGO didn't had such a wonderful story line, I would have stopped playing. I know there are videos showing the story and whatnot but the feeling is different when you're merely watching an event in a video compared to actually playing it.

I honestly didn't consider myself as a F2P since I'm a GSSR spender, however I highly respect that dedication for saving up to 1000+ SQs. It's sucks to hear that you can't get Super Orion in your side. Hope you can get him on the future GSSR or any rate-up. For me, unfortunately I never save that much because no matter how SQs you throw it never guarantee you a 5* servant (not until pity exist), on NA it's still about getting lucky or damned. And I believe you are not the first or even second person on the internet I've heard spending 1000+ SQs and not getting the rate up SSR.

All that talk is seriously hurtful when you're a dedicated player to actually want to merely pull for a single character that you just really want. I even tried the GSSR pull, used my 15 paid SQ to try again on the Archer class but that's just not it. Now I have NP2 Jeanne Archer. I'm hoping a repeat wouldn't happen during Castoria banner.

Although the pity is pretty high, it's good that it's even here. Before this, a f2p saving over a year could spend 1000 sq and still not get the rate-up (me and Merlin)... or those who have spent over $2000 or even more several thousands and never got the rate-up servant. This is at least guaranteeing those with the most horrible luck that they won't get screwed over and spend over 1000 sq to get the rate-up. I wish they lower the pity in the future or allows carry over, but this is a step... I think 200 pity would be a good sweet spot to appease both sides of the players and the company.

300 pulls for pity is too much. It would make more sense if each 11 roll counted towards the 300 itself. That way you get the pity on the 11th 11 roll if that makes sense.

I was backing off from the game for a lot of reasons... but tbh this felt like spitting in our face. Sure, good for ppl who are able to save that much, but especially for JP accounts, thats going to hurt. Im glad for ppl who dont have to spend over 1k for banners tho, I guess? This pity is so harsh and not reasonable for most ppl who play the game. Its like they only are catering to whales and also incentivizes people TO SPEND on those large packages. If there were other guarantees of the pity that weren't so high, it would be better (like guaranteed 4star character on rate up), but that isn't the case, and that alone probably would suck too. Also it not carrying over really sucks. As if 900SQ isn't rough enough. As if the RNG for 5 stars isn't already so hard. To me, saying "its better than nothing" is making an excuse for them, and I highly doubt they'll adjust the system in the near future, considering it took this long for ANY pity at all... This being the outrageous system as it is, if they do update it, the next excuse very well might be "its better than it was before". 800SQ is still a lot. 700 SQ is still a lot. I really hate this and it killed my love for the game, as someone trying to get over my gambling addiction and just wanted to enjoy the game as is. Ive been playing for years and it really hurts that this is the best they could come up with. I know its all about money in the end for the company though so good for them.

It's junk. Only the mega-whales would ever make use of it. Also, the median for getting a SSR is about 10 rolls. So basically, a player 1) must whale like a lunatic and 2) have astronomically bad luck. It's pretty much a near-worthless system. And the "better than nothing" comments echo what was said in the aftermath of the debacle that was the Mighty No. 9 launch.

900 sq (aka $500 usd) is way too much for a single ssr character. It should be low enough that even an ftp player could get some use out of it. Normal players can usually accrue 6-900ish sq a year, so this is basically asking them to pass on every other banner till they get to "that one." In which case, they can get np1 of them at least (never mind the fact that some units kinda need np2+ to function properly). Some players are better at holding off than others, but you also have instances of top-tier units that come out back-to-back over the course of 2-3 months (Morgan, Museline, Oberon, Summer Okita for example). I feel like if it were more like 5-600 sq, it would be a big enough bone for players to accept. "You can't guarantee EVERY ssr, but if you save for a year, you might get about two of your most desired, even if your luck is trash." Then it falls to the individual to determine what to save for. This also doesn't take into account the person that gets everything from a single roll anyway. I've never had that kind of luck, so I can't imagine that world. What I really want is Limited 5 star selector tickets that we just get every year for a celebration or something. That would be pretty sweet. The servant pool isn't getting any smaller, and it's getting harder to target specific ones (especially if they are older). This could be a good way to help that issue.

I'm a bit confused as to why you'd think that FGO would be in a hurry to improve the pity system-- after all, it took them 6 years to implement it in the first place. I wouldn't be shocked if it took them another 6 years to improve it. DW have never been very fast on this or QOL improvements. It's been 6 years and they've still never updated the USO system, for example.

it's not a pity system, it's a sparking system pity = counts your summons and carries over across banners. intended to give players smt good at least once in a while despite worst possible luck. impossible to stay unlucky forever sparking = counts your summons only on 1 banner. intended to make you spend more. still possible for people to in theory never get an SSR if they're truly unlucky games like Arknights have both pity and sparking system (and IIRC they even name the systems as such in-game)

It's difficult to set for them a right amount cause if they decrease that too much they'll start to lose money of people who roll np5 servants. For f2p like me a 110 rolls will be the right amount in my opinion, even if we play everyday and every event of the year it's difficult to reach 400-500 rolls, as the things are now it's just like 3 ssr guaranteed every 2 years it's laughable. But if they set 110 rolls at a limit well with 1500 sq people will be able to np5 servants but I see a lot of whales on the net that use more than that amount for get the 5 copies, so DW will lose money...think they'll reach a compromise in the future setting that to 220 rolls still a lot for F2P but better than nothing, save 600 sq for 100% get your favorite character or a broken support can be a worth sacrifice

Wait, if they can count and separate between paid and free quartz, why not split the pity to half when spending free quartz and keep the original amount for paid quartz? 495 free quartz and the original 990 for paid quartz. Since free quartz is used first, it'd be easier for more players to hit it, and if going for multiple copies, then the original pity would incentivize people to pay by the fact that a safety net exists. I think this is good middle ground imo, but idk. I do believe pity should roll over when limited banners switch though.

it's better than what existed (played since year 1 in NA and still not a single spirit origin) but it's still pretty bad for many reasons. most of which other gachas have already done better years ago. the resetting is dumb just make separate banners. cost is a bit expensive when keeping in mind other gachas give way more summon resources. a step in the right direction at the least. then again i've been spoiled by azur lane which has really good rates and gives a ton of free summon resources. and even F2PS can pick up every ultra rare with pity if they save while still hitting other banners responsibly. i seriously just wish FGO would follow azur lane and give a ton more summon resources and make their big bucks on selling a boatload of skins. to be honest FGO doesn't really have enough varied content to make summoning for multiple 5 star of every class even worth it with a few exceptions.

It's definitely for whales only. It's basically USO v2.0 and f2p don't use the USO feature. I've seen arguments like "What are you talking about? a f2p can gather 900 sq in 5 months" and I'm thinking are you forgetting the banners in between those months that might be must-pulls for f2p? This is more of a "thank you" system for whales who paid a lot.

I'm believe it's better than nothing.... However, it's the worse pity system I have ever seen. It can be improved by this: Soft pity: after your 50th roll, increase your odds of getting a 5* servant by 2% per roll(resets after you get a 5* servant but if you don't get one, you can carry it over to future banners)(story gacha have it's own soft pity and so does the Friends point gacha too). Hard pity: It'll take 240 rolls to hit hard pity(note: this does reset after the banner is over but not when it changes). Rare mana prism shop: each month you can buy 2 Special Summon for 5 rare mana prism each for a max of 10(so you can save up for 5 months and just get the 5 star you want). Mana prism shop: you can buy apples from the shop: Gold apples(15 max): 1=10 mana Silver apples(30 max): 1=5 mana Bronze apples(unlimited):1=2 mana Each month you can buy 2 rare mana prisms for 500 mana prisms each. (This may be a bit more iffy but) Monthly servant and ce: in the mana prism shop, there will be a 4* servant and a 4* or 5* ce you can buy for mana prisms. The servant is only servants that aren't limited and the ce's can be limited or not. The servant cost 5k mana prism(you only can get 1) and change every month, you can go for the 5* ce that cost 3k(you can only get 1) and change every 2 weeks, the 4* ce can be bought 5 times for 500 mana each and it also change ever 2 weeks. Setting: add a way to link your account to Google, twitter, and the official FGO account (there is something similar on the other fgo servers). I got a bit carry away with this but I just want the game to be good for those who pay and those who are f2p. Side note: the pity system I put up there is from Arknights (expect the hard pity is 300 but you can just pick who you want) and even if you fail rolling, you can save up what you have and buy a 6* at a later date(I need my mudrock or surtr to show up there so I can get her already).

Personally, I feel grateful for getting a pity system. But 330 is a bit too much in my opinion. Firstly, you must either be a hard-core whale or a really dedicated person to even get up to 900 SQ. It's gonna take a long ass time to collect up to 900 SQ. So, you must start like really early(likely atleast 1 year before a banner). I still dislike the idea of it being universal(since people can just spend as much sq as they want on any banner and just stop at 1 summon before guaranteed,). While I don't really hate the idea of a guaranteed 4 stars, I'm not tempted by it either. Since it allows you to np5 the limited rate-up 4 stars servant rather easily and those are sometimes even better than most 5-stars. I think the best way is to just reduce the amount to like 100-200 before a guaranteed 5 stars(not guaranteeing the limited but you're still likely to get them since they have the highest summoning rate in their own banner among the 5 stars. Also increase the rate a bit (maybe 2-5% for 5 stars).
