I've heard of Abena Abri-form adult diapers. My least favourite is the *"Premium"* diapers. I've never been a fan of diapers with cloth-like outer cover. I would think in the case of cloth backed diapers, there'd be a tape landing zone. Wouldn't that at least help in terms of being able to fasten and then re-fasten the tapes?

@@howtowearadultdiapers I prefer plastic backed diapers. Cloth is fine for washable (cloth) diapers. But for disposable diapers, I prefer plastic backed diapers.
