The new commands could be df+1, 2. law does a right hand nunchaku swing and it looks like it's high. I don't think likeTMM said it's a combo damage buff and that's too over exaggerated because df+1 does crappy damage. I think this move could be an alternative choice for wall carry combos.

Far from a nerf for Jin. Most players can’t even block lows. In the end, give him more zen and I’ll abuse most of the players still. They can’t even block zen 1+2 and the slower slow which they transition to zen. Hell, let scourge go into Zen as well.

Most players don't even put in the time to lab or train their reactions. Why would you want to cater to a casual audience at the expense of people who put in the effort to actually get good at the game? All of the problems I hear casual players complain about are unbelievably manageable if they would even put in the slightest amount of work to correct for. People can react to even 20f+ lows pretty consistently if they go to practice mode. Jin's scourge is no exception (contrary to what TMM says). Any "mixup" out of his ZEN stance is trash because he has no real lows to threaten you with. 1+2 out of ZEN is **hella** reactable. Saying you can't react to it is more of a self-report than an accurate assessment of any decent player. Moreover, even if you crouch-dash out of ZEN into a hell sweep, the crouch-dash telegraphs the next move, so you're EVEN MORE primed to block it.

Only good players who actually want to train and learn will block and punish, but the cry babies and people who whine about everything is who I am referring to. Jin lows are 20 frames; CD4 and DB4. He has D,3,4 but we won’t refer to that and the rest is 22 frames an up. They cry about D2 when Jin used to have DB4 as a counter hit launcher which I loved and they couldn’t even handle that.

Jin doesn't have very good homing moves, so I hope devs won't nerf the range or the tracking of the Scourge. Just make it -billion frames.

This may be wishful thinking, but are they removing PC HE? Both characters they chose to show new HE for, have High PC HE. They did attempt to rebalance them last major patch, still stupid strong. But I never expected them to remove them and admit it.
