Ustadh Nouman has no reason to shield Brother Junaid, he is doing what is absolutely correct. He is trying to not incite others and not backbite on someone who is not present and he is doing that by using Allah's words. There is nothing better or more just than the use of Allah's words. Very wise words. When I heard of this man I had said immediately that he must not have really intended anything wrong but the slip of tongue and for that he should only make "taubah" to Allah. I did not even research the issue until this video popped up on the KZbin's main page. Come to think of it, there are *Shia in Pakistan who curse the mother of believers and their video evidence is available* but no one does anything about it. Why? Because Shia are in power in Pakistan. The groups and people secretly stirring up the controversy seems to have close ties with Shia or why would not they condemn Shia cursing her? Most are ignorant but the hidden hand behind the controversy wants to distract muslims and demoralize them. There is no Sharia in Pakistan either. So please stop asking for any punishments. The country is in far deeper problems and exaggeration of this event is just dubious when there are hundreds of examples of Pakistani Shia cursing the mother of believers and the companions. *If you love her so much why don't you follow her husband and her own example?* She lived for Islam and contributed so much. Why don't you follow her in daily life and only now that a dubious event has occurred you want to jump the band wagon. *All of us disgrace her in the worst way by not following her and disregarding the way of life her husband brought forward by the mercy of ALLAH.* Keep the video above in mind and forgive the brother because he is ashamed for it and he loves Islam and the mother of believer. Tabhligi jam'aa may have their issues but they are not as big as the Shia propaganda in Pakistan. It is clear as day that the some bad groups want to stir up controversies and make a mountain out of mole. Deal with the issues with Islamic wisdom. And ALLAH knows best.

SubhanAllah, your last point was so accurate. It is as they say: it takes one to know one. As in, it takes a thief to know a thief, or any other combination you can think of, because if you automatically think ill of someone else, it just means you are so accustomed to doing sins yourself that that it wouldn't even cross your mind that another person wouldn't do the same thing. We live in a world where either pop stars or reality stars have taken the lime light and to some extent even become hero's to our younger generation. Even my generation (I'm 36) never had any hero's. Last one's was Mohammad Ali. I'm so glad that Allah guided me to this dude Nouman Ali Khan and proud to call him my HERO. Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan, I hope you will read this message. I agree with you completely of what you said but whats bothering me is Why the double standard? Why he should be exempted from the 'blasphemy law when others perished. Not long ago, a Pakistani Christian couple were burnt to death by fanatics crowd for the same accusation. There are countless cases where the poor Christians and Hindus are regularly intimidated under the pretext of this law in Pakistan. The unfortunate event with Junaid Jamshed is just a symptom of a bigger problem now facing most of our Muslim countries. Ustadh in one of your videos you said that we Muslim should stand up for justice not only for our fellow Muslim but also for all humanity regardless of their religion, race, ethnicity etc even if it goes against us. sadly thats the reality, and i think the fault is in the gov. system itself. Ppl instead of taking it to the court decides to take things into their own hands (thinking thats the correct thing to do) which is why such terrible incidents happen.. all lack of education imho. Blasphemy law is very often misused i believe. I think if JJ had not been the personality that he is today, such terrible act could have been done to him as well... May Allah swt protect us all.

This actually blew me away, he gave in depth analysis of the ayat(s) in which it has a modern day solution to what just happened. Sure in the video he sounded and looked like he disrespected our Prophet and Aysha RA but since then I think be fled because his life is in danger and made a apologetic video saying sorry and how "jahil" he is. The only reason this controversy is raised so much is just because there are some people who are against Tablighi Jama't although i am not supporter of any jama't but dont make it an public issue and above all ask for forgiveness from Allah s.w.t for him.....because all we can see is reply to debandi's and barelvi's just one person bashing on one another.....amazing response from br. Nauman ali khan direct from Qur'an....
