yeah the game does need to offer more honor points, especially for those guys who can trade time instead of 10's of thousands of $$$

You shouldn't be able to participate in both; the point is to let more people have fun. However, the rewards for A Team should be what they've always been; for the team and alliance. Rewards for B Team can be less than A. Maybe B Team can allow participants from Team A if there's an hour before B starts and slots aren't full yet.
