Nice one, Nick. There was plenty of snow on Mica! I’ve just got to my motel in Phoenix and it’s RAINING. What the hell🤷‍♂️ the local news channels are putting out flash flood warnings for tonight/tomorrow 15/16th but on the plus side it is washing a lot of the snow away.

@@nkmk-hiking2737 I was going to start on the 17th and spend two nights in Phoenix but I’ve just booked a seat on the greyhound bus to Apache Junction tomorrow so I’m going to get my supplies from there and start trail tomorrow. I’m expecting to be on the AZT in the Supes sometime on the 18th

@@nkmk-hiking2737 I’ve just rung Al Fales up, he’s a TA In Superior (I stayed with him last yr)and I’ve arranged to stay with him on Sunday night so we should pass each other between Picket Post Mountain and the Gila river.
