I didn't know I needed to do an art retreat like this one, but now I do hahaha 😍 I loved it and felt really inspiring! This reminded me of why it's so important to have some time just enjoying painting and experimenting with art

Yes! Absolutely! I always just crave a chunk of days to do nothing but paint and draw, but it never happens when I’m at home/studio! Must make more time for it x

@@SophieMcPike Yes I have been there many times. They used to have bonfire night many years ago with food fireworks and a huge bonfire. I also have been with my urban sketching group so have many a sketchbook spread featuring the beautiful buildings and animals. Its a magical place for sure. My workplace is just around the corner.

This retreat looked amazing! Such a cute video. Do you mind my asking what bag you would use on a retreat like this to carry supplies, water, camera etc? Struggling to find something I like!

I just used a simple back pack :) and all art supplies would be inside various pencil cases.
