Anything marriage related, like missions and adopting Andy, isn't going to be in the game until the full release on 11/2. Unsure (unsuur?) what would trigger it if Logan does actually wind up having a reverse proposal, though. I'd imagine at least Lovers level once you're dating, if not Soulmates, but that's just a guess.
