Hey guys! Lots of great comments, but also several comments worrying that I don’t feed my dog. Of course I feed her! She has two full bowls of food a day, plus treats. She’s obviously very plump if you didn’t notice. We’re working on that. Thanks for your concern! It just didn’t occur to me to film myself filling my dog’s food bowl.

I was able to buy two pieces of land in Alaska for about 35k, I have a boat and generator in Alaska that I’m still paying off, I need to put together another fifteen grand to build the first cabin the way I want (had it all squared away until COVID19 screwed up my work schedule-no biggie, just pushed back 6 to 18 months)... I moved from NYC to Buffalo to live a quieter pace of life. To much hustle and bustle for me in NYC. Amazing considering I was born there, but I learned to like a quieter place after the military when I moved to Montana for a few years to wind down and learn to manage my PTSD symptoms better.
@alicesullivan17904 жыл бұрын
@@mysterymayhem7020 Sounds to me like you are taking care of yourself. Sorry our country put you in harms way. Too bad the majority of the US hasn't had to sacrifice since WWII, they even barred most of the coverage of war from TV news after Viet Nam. Our country has pretty much left the sacrifice up to our military personnel, and then we have all too often not taken very good care of our veterans. I'm sorry that you have PTSD. I had a close friend who suffered from it, and I've had panic attacks, so I sort of know about it; but not enough. Please know that you are loveable and always try to be a good parent to yourself. Death, brain injuries and PTSD are all to big a sacrifice to just be told "Thank you for your service." Be well, as calm as you can, be safe, and take care. Everybody's thinking of her what about the poor dog! It has to go down those stairs which she showed us. But then when she called the dog up the stairs for at night she turn the light off on the poor dog. And then every time she's sitting on the couch the dogs laying on the hard floor poor dog given a blanket or a pillow

@@leannewallace7276 I was wondering the same. Those floors are uncomfortable for the pup. She needs a nice cozy dog bed

I enjoy watching this it was very peaceful I love the way you live I love living more simply myself. We heat the house with wood wood-burning stove I have to give the credit to my husband he does all the cutting of the word in the stacking and lugging it into the house every day. After I wash my clothes in the washer I carry them up and I hang them in our room that has a fireplace I have a clothesline I like to live like a pioneer although it is a lot more work

So I'm curious... and guessing I could watch a bunch of episodes and answer my question... but I'm going to build a tiny house and wanted to know why you're no longer in yours? Not to pry but just let me know if there was something about the lifestyle .. if it's personal just say that. Anyway I did enjoy your piece of heaven

The empty shelves in the shop is quite a flashback. People were really weird at the beginning of the pandemic. We never stocked up on any thing and we were just fine. We had a lockdown on alcohol and cigarettes the first year which was stupid because those who used it just bought it on the black market. You had a nice peaceful time.

7:30 min.
